I like how its easy to setup Inbound Mobile Keywords.

Cons

I feel we could use some more custom reporting. Apart from that I am pretty satisfied with the product.

Pros

Easy to use and an added plus is the excellent customer service associates they are attentive and knowledgeable at Gleantap

Cons

More custom reporting required I will add to increase the experience in a positive way.

Excellent Account Service

We really enjoy Gleantap's commitment to evolving the platform based on the needs of their clients, but what’s impressed us the most is the level of service outside of the platform. As self-service platforms become everyday in this industry, having a team to help think through and execute campaigns is a game changer. We think of Gleantap as not only a powerful tool but an extension of our team.

Pros

Easy to use and great custom reporting options to support specific business needs.

Cons

We have not run into any issues at this point.

Great team who is genuinely there to help and take every concern seriously. They handle every response and need with upmost professionalism and quick communication.

Pros

Not to mention, the team has been proactive in answering both technical and marketing questions while consistently providing first class support.
