BoomTown's Platform is Worth Investing in

Generally love it.  Sometimes the app fights with me, bu tit could be operator bound.

For me, adter reviewing Boomtown,  it was too cost prohibitive.  I believe it may work for others where real estate is more expensive, the software price tag could be supported.

BoomTown is an average web marketing system for real estate professionals with an efficient mix of technology and services. BoomTown gives lead generation, CRM technology, and consumer-facing websites. I would recommend looking at other CRM before going with this.

I used this to try out, to kind of ala carte various software features rather than invest in a pricey all-in-one platform. My broker wound up going with kvCORE basic for the entire office.

Worth a try

I've used Commissions Inc, Luxury Presence, etc and Boomtown has the best features, most user friendly CRM out there.

Boomtown is the BEST lead CRM out there

When I reach out and say I am considering a change or make any level of a complaint about the viability of leads I get a quick condemnation on how I could better manage the site.  The marketing they have done for me has brought many registrations but there are a ton of bogus leads.    I will probably make a change to a new system because the price for the CRM part is so high.  I have had and been working the system for 18 months and closed 2 buyers.  I am a broker owner

Overall, simply put it is the best.  Great custmer service, training and the product is fabulous

Most Amazing Realtor CRM

I just don't like using it. It's old, it's slow, things I want to do always seem to be four clicks away.

What makes it so perfect as my marketing tool, is the integration of CRM with Connect e-marketing.

Terminology was difficult to understand, which made keying data into some fields a challenge. People were putting the same data into different fields because they didn't understand the titles.

The drag and drop functionality for Gold-vision Connect design aspect is a bit clunky and makes it difficult to position and re-size the elements exactly how you want them to look.
