Scheduling appointments is a good majority of my day and the easy to use app is very useful and the reminding clients of appointments is the best as to avoid loss of time with no shows.
This is a very easy to use software for scheduling appointments and reminders. Makes my job very easy.
I don't have any real cons but possibly in the text put what the appointment is regarding such as location of appointment

This has made booking my clients so easy. It helps me keep track of my clients and their appointments. Online booking is also a very convenient way to gain clients without having to talk on the phone all the time.
The ability to list your own services and prices is so easy. Everything is simple and easy to understand. It now syncs to your social media platforms making it easier for clients to book online, all on one website.
They should make it so that you are able to edit through a computer and multiple devices. It's only available on phones and on 1 device per account. I also believe it should have a calendar syncing option in case something happens to your phone. You don't want to lose all your client info and appointments.

I’m not very happy with Appointfix, I al going to cancel my subscription
That my calendar syncs with scheduler, it’s mobile friendly
Many clients find it difficult to use, there is no payment software attached to the app. No one can make deposits on the website
Hi Nicole, I consider that Appointfix does not deserve a 1-star review just because some clients cannot schedule an appointment online for unknown reasons or because the payment option is not integrated yet. In fact, the payment option will be released by the end of this year. I am wondering what is difficult to use in scheduling an appointment online. The client has to open your booking link, click on the "book an appointment" button, and select one of your services. Perhaps there is an issue on our side, and we are not aware of it. It’s great. I follow them on ig amd that’s fun. I get to see what they’re working on next and cute stuff they have going on over there. Also like minded people I can learn from
The revenue reports are my favorite. Accounting is my true passion. So I love looking at the numbers. Comparing and just taking it all in.
There’s no where to keep track of work expenses and receipts. I want to be able to input this info so I can see how much I’m spending and how often.

This has definitely made my life easier. Now running my business has become simpler. Staying in contact with clients are easier and I have also reduced cancellations.
Software is great and bug free. I did have a very small issue and sent a request to fix issue. Fixed within 24hrs. They are great. Highly recommend.
When entering addresses, it doesn’t show possible addresses like it used to. When I originally started using app, it would finish addresses for me. That’s just another way to verify that you do have the correct city, zip etc.

Very good helpful when I need to get into my account if there is a glitch.
I love the service color coding and also that you can see the month in a view.
Wish it was less expensive to have the automatic reminders and confirmation reminders.

We absolutely love it!
This app is so user friendly and easily helps us organize our appointments. We are excited to start using the staff options
I do wish there was a way to 'close out' an appointment which would then prompt any note taking for that client. This would enable the office to see the work flow in real time.

I really love this app, although I wish you can use it on a desktop.
Super simple, easy navigation, and it's free! I did end up buying the $5/month plan and couldn't be happier.
It doesn't have a option or card reader to take payments

My business runs smoother, and appears more professional by using this app. I’m a one person show, so having something simple to set up and operate from my side, and also be simple to use for my clients, is integral.
I like that it’s free, and covers all the areas I need in order to run my business: online booking, client notes, simple and straightforward set up of services, calendar syncing
The “time off/book event” buttons are annoying in that once you click them, they send you to a random date/time selection, rather than the specific day and time you have clicked on to book off.

Support is very fast at responding to and questions I may have and very helpful. ALL of my clients love that they get multiple reminders and it has kept me from having no show appointments.
I love that it is easy to use, I can see my whole weekly view, that it syncs with my Google calendar and most favorite part that it sends reminders to my clients.
That clients can not book online them self's.

I like being able to manage communication about appointments so quickly and easily.
I will not go into the standard features of the software which are great, because you can read about them elsewhere. I will just mention that when I used to send out reminder texts the traditional way, there was always a chance a could get the time wrong and really mess things up. There is zero chance of this happening. I really like sending out the reminders so quickly but it still looks like a personally written message rather than a corporation style reminder. I also like there are many different messages I can send out, so valuable in the middle of the day when I am busy but need to get certain information out to new clients who have just been booked into the appointment calendar.
I have the schedule set up for hourly appointments so that the entire day will fit on my phone screen. However, setting up appointments that are on the half hour takes a few more screen gestures. I also wish the program had a "go to today" button.

Fix the failed message after a new client is added and confirmation text is sent.
I really like the scheduling capabilities of this app. Out of the apps I’ve tried in the past this is the one I’ve liked the best. Very easy to create appointments and customize the services your offering.
My least favorite this is an issue I’ve come across repeatedly. Whenever a new client is added - I always do a confirmation text as soon as the service is booked, but I’ve noticed that I get an alert saying message could not be sent. My “solution” has been to create the client profile and after 15mins, then I create their appointment - wish I didn’t have to wait and it was easy as soon as client profile is created to book their appointments without this failed message alert.

It helps me keeping my clients in check with their appointments, making sure they won't have an excuse of forgetting their appointments, mostly. And it's really easy and intuitive to use.
With this app I can easily schedule my clients diff appointments, and now even my personal events (which was an excellent addition), allowing me to relax while the app reminds my clients of their appointments through a simple automated message. Also, everything is automatically saved with the online Google agenda, so that even if I loose my phone or tablet, I won't loose all my appointments (it has happened with another similar app that would not sync unless I didn't it manually)
It can be a bit expensive if you're on a low budget, and it's a shame that it's lost the right to send the automated messages through my phone number. Not only because now I'm forced to pay for those messages, but mostly because people tend to try and answer the message.

I don’t know how I managed my appointments without this app. I used to double book or even forget to make a booking with this app, I book it as I’m talking to the customer. It calculates my revenue and keeps all my customers details, made my life a lot easier.

I dont need use internet connection to make appointnemnt it will sync when i get connection but all the time I have full functional
No polish labnguage but i know it is not so simple (I can help to translate) and in online booking there is only 12 hours format. I would like to have 24 hours

In the years of using this app its had many changes many overhauls ive stuxk with it from the start theyve even aloud me to use it a free cost and in doing so its been very well maintained and advanced on many levels i believe this app is on its way .

Didnt like it shuttin off and not letting me in recently maybe i didnt pay my bill could be but it used to send its own reminders .Ive been using it since its start its come along way its very helpful to maintain your scheduled clients easy to look at .very helpful.

It overall has been good, and I will recommend this product but encourage users to make sure their messages are sent to the clients/customers.
I really love this product. I have been using this since 2018, and I have not been able to find anything close to it, and I have tried (see Cons). They always fix the problems I have within a day or 2. (I am a perfectionist and hard to please, so I should mention that.)
There are bugs with it on occasion, and this is the only Con. Yes, the bugs are fixed within a day or 2 and the customer service has improved over the years, so I will stick with the product.

I no longer get 'no shows' & clients love the reminders
This app automatically sends client appt reminders. The msg fields are easy to customise & include fields for clients first name, appt address, notes etc I have used Appointfix for many years & have recommended it to several colleagues - all of whom love it. Appointfix has always been reliable & has functioned on a variety of devices over the years I have used it. I highly recommend Appointfix.

Can’t live without it
I love that I can send automated appointment reminders and follow up texts.
I’d love to be able to duplicate appointments including notes, edit what’s necessary and then save. A huge improvement would be the addition of reference pictures. Please make the address in the reminder text open Google maps

I have oversight of bookings a multiple sites from 1 place. This let's me get my staffing cost under control and redeploy so that I have the correct staff ratio to business at each site. Appointfix saves me on wage bills and makes my sites more efficient. The customers also love the messaging system and can let us know if they can't make it. They also love the fact that their details are saved along with their appointment history. I love the reporting too!
Don't keep telling me to turn off battery optimization! Please could we also have tabs on 1 login for all sites so we can view multiple sites without logging in and out and in and out.

From the beginning the whole team have looked after me and I’ve never waiting long for emails to be answered. Feels like Im talking to friends who are just at the end of a phone or email with help if needed. The whole software works extremely well for me and I use it daily and over the past 3 years have never had a problem.
The software is so simple and easy to use. It makes my day to day work easier and with a extremely busy company this is a good send. Love that it sends my customers a reminder for their appointment and gives me one less thing to do.
There is nothing I don’t like about this software. From the start they have been outstanding.
