Pros

What a wonderful product to help us keep track of our business and sales. Customer service is always helpful.
Outlook-Integration is the best I know. Ticket-System is very helpful (even you cannot link an activity to Ticket+Opportunity/Project).
I love that you can add tasks to yourself or others to complete at a later date, with reminders. It is especially helpful to those in a customer service department for collections, notes, etc.

Pros

They also have a large number of plans available, are affordable, and there are a good number of independent technicians out there that can help you with your data, and design third party add-ons too.
Really excellent technical help if you want it. We use it for monitoring our membership, probably only using a few of its features.
Easy to use and easy to setup, the software is ready direct from installation and the built in reporting and functionality is fantastic.

Cons

Reports are very difficult to create, makes them useless. We stick with it only because we're invested for over 15 years and too difficult to convert.
Never fix real bugs, which are repeatable, no investment in product, no 64 bit support, manual nature of changes in database are annoying, inability to on the fly link a user to a project.
Now under the new owners they acknowledge that the current version has a serious defect but refuse to resolve that defect unless you pay the annual update charge.

Cons

Sometimes switching between databases causes the software to crash. It has been a problem with most versions we have used.
We have been frustrated over the years by the number of crashes and freezes. Occasionally an import will not import correctly and the data in put into the wrong fields.
In my business my CRM is my navigator and used as a main part of my business day. The down time is ridiculous.
