Thanks for your review, Michael! Agreed--we absolutely need more in the way of a visual dashboard for all of the review data we collect for you. The scheduled PDF and Web based reports are nice for sharing with your clients, but it would be nice to login and see your current stats "at a glance." It's in the pipeline!

Setting up profiles is quick and customizable. You can set up profiles with each account with different persmissions.
Cons
Sometimes they will add or move a feature in the admin area, and you have to search around to find it.

The historical reporting is the best feature, but we also like the flexibility to choose any combination of rating sites to create a custom aggregated score.

Grade.us is a great tool for Reputation Management that is constantly rolling out new features to improve service.
Pros
The daily e-mail alerts recapping new reviews are extremely helpful and have allowed us inform and engage a larger audience as it pertains to areas of opportunity and reputation management.
Cons
This would be great to have access to both online, via integration and via e-mail digest.

Overall, the reputation management success we've had with Reputology is on par with any other platform out there. The API is definitely a plus for those looking to integrate their own apps.

Reputology's main allure is its price and API to things like GMB and Facebook.
Cons
It's not the software per-say, it's just the nature of the relationship management game out there today. for instance, you can't properly pull or respond to Yelp without the new paid relationship with them, so it doesn't matter who you use to manage reviews on certain platforms, you end up paying someone something to do it.

It is very user friendly and becomes a one-stop-shop for all our reviews instead of making me log into each site individually. It saves me time and is an efficient tool when drilling down into issues.

As a growing restaurant group, we were in search for a review platform that would allow us to create custom segments, emails, groups, and provide the detailed analytics needed to generate reports.
I searched high and low through many of the review platforms.
Pros
Easy to setup new accounts. Can brand on your domain or any number of domains you may want to have.
Cons
Not a big deal in my opinion because you can use anything to send out emails and request the reviews on your review funnel landing page.
You give up a little on the support/UI side in order to get a great price, but it is still worth it, in my opinion, if you are a company managing fewer than 75 locations.

We would benefit more from this platform if it could also be in Spanish, but the keywords help with this problem
