Pros
cost - it was cheap. We had the demo and compared a couple of options and it appear these guys would fit.

Cons
The support was terrible! The interface was not great and needed an overhaul. Oh, and the support was poor.

After paying an amount for one store with one review soliciting software, I was able to get up to 25 stores for a cheaper price with Grade.us. Just as feature rich even if it isn't as pretty.

First of all, I would like to mention that I have not started actively using Grade.us yet. However, I've been comparing it with a lot of other options out there and done extensive research. I have found that they offer the most features, in a very useful way and for an affordable price. I did make use of their support team a couple of times, and they were quick to respond, friendly and helpful too. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend Grade.us and I'll be using them for my agency with confidence.

Pros
Fair pricing: I have compared their pricing with other options, and they're not the cheapest but it's a good pricing strategy that leaves room for my agency to profit without having to ask fees that are too high. Agency specific options: They have very useful features that are specifically designed to help agencies with building their reputation marketing business. Furthermore, they have TONS of free, super valuable content to help with this as well. Quick support: They have a live chat feature. This, to me, is a must for any software I use (with a few exceptions for software that don't really need any support) in my business. I have contacted them a few times, and even though I'm not a paying customer yet, they were very quick to respond and very friendly.

Cons
Some things take a bit of research to get the hang of. But there's enough documentation to make up for this. I haven't really found something I don't like yet. If I do, I'll update.

Additional value for clients.

The customer support is the very best that I have encountered ever. So responsive to any questions you may have! Very impressive!

Cons
As an agency, I wish we didn't have to buy in bundles of 25 seats...lhowever it is still affordable.

A great way to get into reputation management

Overall, it is a great product. You give up a little on the support/UI side in order to get a great price, but it is still worth it, in my opinion, if you are a company managing fewer than 75 locations. Grade.us integrates with other reporting tools, so you really don't even need to look at the Grade.us-generated reports. Lots of value for the money, and the tool works almost flawlessly. If you're on the fence about what tool to go with, choose Grade.us until you make up your mind.

Pros
- The price is a no-brainer if you are managing multiple locations and/or clients. Great value for the price. - The tools has everything you need from reports, to widgets, to monitoring, to email/text outreach! - The company keeps up with compliance issues. When Google announced the update regarding sentiment and reviews, Grade.us was the first (that I noticed) to make necessary changes to its platform to stay compliant.

Cons
- The UI is not great, at all. It will make you feel less productive by just looking at it. - The auto-generated reports are not pretty. They do the job, but they aren't something most companies would be proud to show off to a client.

Pros
Best review software at the best price. We white label the platform and resell it to our clients, and have looked at lots of options. Not only is GradeUs the least expensive, it has all the features we could ask for. It’s also pretty easy/intuitive to use.

Cons
I don’t have any real issues with it. Sometimes I have trouble finding what I want it to do, but usually it’s pretty easy to figure out.

We have had nothing but positive experiences! Their platform allows us to pull all social reviews into one place and let's us email custom reports to our restaurant's managers. This has been extremely useful in helping us stay on top of what our guest's are saying about our brand. The platform also makes it extremely easy to reply back to those who leave you feedback. We were previously paying more than double the price for a similar service before we found Reputology.

I work for an e-commerce agency and Lord knows being able to fix things on the fly is crucial in order to maintain strong relationships with (and impress) our clients. The whole Grade.us team has done (and is still doing) an incredible job at helping us with the setup of our platform in an incredibly timely manner. Every time I'm asking a question, I get an answer right away and even when we're trying to push the platform a bit further technically speaking, the team provides a solution in only a couple of hours (or days for biggest requirements). Great job guys!

I feel this product is a great product for the price.

Pros
Very easy to use. You can choose which sites you want to promote for reviews and select who you send the invite to. Great for a small company.

Cons
Not a complex program, but serves its purpose for the reasonable monthly charge. I don’t use it much, but have not been informed of any issues.

After using a software that was a lot lower quality with a higher price and after comparing others before choosing Grade.us, I found that Grade.us offers a superior product for a highly competitive price!

Pros
There are many things that I like about Grade.us; my top two are the price (great for small/medium size agencies to easily make a profit when offering the service to our clients) and the functionality (setup of profiles is a breeze).

Cons
I do not have much to say that is negative about the software, but there are just a few things that can be simplified with the day-to-day usage of the software like setting up the white label branding and customizing the review display settings with the WP Plugin.

The people are all very friendly and do the best they can to help. I just wish that they'd had more support for clients in different time zones. My clients tend to want solutions very fast and that was a problem. When I signed up, the price was half of what it is now so it was acceptable. But then the exchange rates impacted my local cost and even when provided a discounted rate to stay on board, it was still a massive cost jump and not one I could pass on easily to my clients. So now I've gone elswhere.

Pros
Robust infrastructure. Up time is very good and does what it claims to do.

Cons
Rather expensive, especially if you have to factor in exchange rates. Support is limited to their head office location hours so not ideal for people in other world regions Rather inflexible in terms of configuration which makes it hard to white-label as well as some of others I've looked at.

My time with Gradeus was good until they doubled my license fees with 1 months notice. I run a SaaS platform built on their platform and doubling my fees destroyed any margins I had. I asked them to refund my fees I paid for renewal for white labeling my dashboard 1 month prior, since they doubled my license fees and made it impossible for me to continue. They refused stating that their terms don't allow them to refund dashboard fees... (even though these terms were new and I never agreed to it) Very shady practices.

Pros
Their pricing was good. Their API's were decent. They had good review site coverage.

Cons
The dashboard UI is old Their zapier was limited They don't provide support for their API They will double your license fees without any notice They created new terms and not notify you .

Simple and easy to use platform. Easy to scale to any size business. Great for property management, when you manage multiple properties who each are listed on multiple sites. Saves us a significant amount of time and resources, and allows us to quickly and easily respond to reviews.

Simple to Implement Platform

After a long and exhausting search for a reputation management software solution that I could present to my local clients, Grade.Us was the obvious choice to make. Both powerful and the best value I could find. Quick to set-up, simple to implement and end-user friendly to help my customers gain control of their online reputation. Automating the review process for my customers has never been easier. Now when I visit a customer I treat it like my American Express, I don't leave home without it.

Great tool but for the price, isn't extremely innovative. Seems easily duplicated so they're going to face some stiff competition.

Being able to manage reviews in one place is amazing and the tools to collect reviews are pretty powerful.

Cons
This is a convenience tool, not a tool you can't live without. You can do everything you can do with GradeUs in other tools. GradeUs just brings features together. It saves us some time but doesn't provide overwhelming innovation for the price.

I've been using Grade.Us for over 6 months, and have had great success. My clients are getting 2-5 reviews per week that they wouldn't otherwise get.

Pros
Pricing structure allows me to be profitable. If a client wants to self-manage, white labeling is easy, and minimal training is required.

Cons
Appearance could be cleaner, and more options for requesting new reviews would be great.

As for granting access to clients, though, you may not be aware that you can now white-label our dashboard to allow clients to login and self-manage. However, there are some additional costs to set that up. Reach out to support AT grade.us if interested!

There are many review management tools out there. Some lack in features, and others are just too expensive. Grade us gives you all the needed features and is the most affordable tool out there today to manage your online reviews amongst other things.

I don't want competitors to know about it lol. The Google review link doesn't always open directly for leaving a review, if that can be sorted it would be great.
