Pros

Grenadine's customer service is fantastic. They offer fantastic solutions and they are always keen to help.
Excellent and responsive customer support. Love the programming grid, ADORED that I didn't have to cross check double bookings myself.
Your staff is really excellent and helpful. I would highly recommend this program to other event planners.

Pros

Customer support given by the Airmeet team is amazing. We get responses in less than an hour which are super helpful.
Airmeet has converted a physical events experience into a virtual meetup making the transition easy and fun during this pandemic. I personally find the concept of social lounge and backstage the best.
I was looking for fun and affordable ways to host events for my clients. Airmeet has a slick interface, is easy to use and is refreshing change from traditional video conferencing.

Cons

Unfortunately, many of the participants had no idea what e-mail address I was using, which caused some frustration on their part.
Reports are a mess, for some questions you have to go to one report for other questions, you need to download another report.
Because it is so feature-rich, it can be a little difficult at first.

Cons

It has been difficult to take the platform as a standard platform for webinars due to the possibilities of these bugs showing up.
They offered a demo and the only way I could get it was to use calendar app to schedule the demo. I had to book 3 weeks out, which was odd, but a lot of pressure for these kinds of projects.
The overall experience has been phenomenal. We used to do a lot of offline meetups and with this pandemic kicking in, it became really difficult for us to replicate that experience for our users.
