Very good customer service and how they are always looking to improve, add and stay up to date with their system to make it better for customers.

It would be good if there was a portal or easy access area for clients who are on a specific membership or want to purchase on demand, to access recorded content.

We've certainly focused on group classes historically and we agree there's some enhancements to make for intelligent variable appointment scheduling and these will be going into development soon. In terms of outside of office support, we do generally reply outside of office hours (and have weekend times for replies) but these are not live rather clear downs. GymCatch saves me time in booking administration and keeps all my records in one place. Customer support is absolutely fantastic and they listen to customer views when planning future iterations of functionality.

Pros

It keeps everything in one place and allows me to handle bookings, payments, integrate with Zoom and host an On Demand library.

There isn’t a way to customise the emails that go out to bookers.

If I needed to cancel/change classes I updated Gymcatch and my customers received notification. Really great overall product and support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team 🙂

Has made my life much easier! I love it!

Pros

I love that I have everything at my fingertips on my mobile, class registers, client management, the schedule.

Cons

The only slight issue I have is with older clients not getting on with the app - but then these people wouldn't get on with any app. Would prefer that more options were included in the basic price but it is still good value.

My Godsend!

I was using social media before which was unreliable and frustrating!

Pros

Now my clients have an easy to use app that gives them autonomy over booking classes and managing their payments.

Cons

I think it would be useful to have an option so that clients can purchase/loan equipment etc from the instructor. With COVID-19 restrictions more instructors have been advised to encourage clients to either buy or borrow from them equipment and it would be a great addition to be able to charge clients in the same way as classes and be able to set up terms and conditions of loan.

It is easy for my customers to pay online and to keep track of their spending.

Pros

UK based, so no need for transatlantic waiting times for their customer support.

Cons

There's a few functionalities that could be added such as sending reminder notifications to the customers when their class passes are about to expire or when they have 1 class left, but the Gymcatch team are very responsive to feedback and they have said it will be a feature they will be adding in the near future.

There are so many other features such as scheduling. calendar etc...that helps us to communicate with our clients.

This software is fairly easy to navigate and there is online chat help and Q/A to quickly assist with getting things set up.

Cons

I would love for this to be my main web page but it is not impressive in how it looks/reads. The mobile version looks way better.

A really simple and easy way to set up a booking system for my classes, help is on hand when you need it and feedback taken on board.

Gymcatch has simplified my life!

I would highly recommend Gymcatch, the software is very simple to use, customer support are always always quick to get respond if I’ve had any queries.

Pros

It’s been SO easy for me, and more importantly for them!

Cons

The only problem that I’ve had is when sending a group email to all participants booked on a session, for some reason, I have two clients who don’t receive the emails, they did to start with and both say they haven’t changed any of their settings.

The customer support and advice/teaching videos are good to learn how to use. Integration into websites is great and the app looks good.

Cons

The app is a little confusing and long winded as a coach. Getting your head around how the bundles work on each product is challenging.

Very good, easy to use, did exactly what I needed it for and more.

Pros

I need something to make booking for classes and taking payments, while being simple and easy to use.

Cons

I think just some notifications not really working, I don't know when people are purchasing my packages.

My only complaint would be that the client messaging system can sometimes be slow. So there can sometimes be a delay receiving messages.
