What is Habsy?
Habsy is an AI-powered event lead capture and contact intelligence platform built for sales teams, exhibitors, and field representatives who capture and manage leads at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. It combines a mobile app for on-floor capture with a web-based team dashboard that gives managers complete visibility and control over every lead collected across their organization.
On the show floor, the Habsy app gives reps a structured way to capture not just contact details but the full context of every conversation. When a rep scans a business card, QR badge, or LinkedIn QR code, the app records intent signals that capture buying urgency, interest level, and next steps at the moment of scan. Voice notes let reps record a quick post-meeting takeaway that is automatically transcribed and made searchable. Enrichment adds company background and verified professional details with a single tap. Reps can also share their own digital card via QR or NFC tap, even if the person they are meeting does not have the app installed. The app works offline in the patchy WiFi reality of expo halls and syncs automatically once a connection is restored, so no lead is lost between capture and sync.
Follow-up is built into the capture moment. Reps set a reminder before moving to the next conversation, and AI-powered templates for email and WhatsApp let them send a personalized first message while the interaction is still warm, directly from the app, before the show floor closes.
Above the floor, Habsy Platform gives sales managers real-time visibility into every contact scanned by every team member, organized by event campaign, filtered by intent signal, and searchable across the full dataset including voice note transcripts. Admins define intent signal fields, lead categories, and default campaign settings once at the organization level, and those settings apply across every rep's app automatically. When reps scan on the floor, they are all capturing the same qualifying information in the same structure, which means the contact list that comes out of an event is already segmented, prioritized, and ready to act on.
Managers can assign contacts to team members with built-in follow-up reminders, schedule meetings directly to Google Calendar from a contact profile, and track outreach activity across email and WhatsApp from a single analytics dashboard. Contacts push directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or any CRM of choice, with CSV and VCF export available for teams that prefer a manual step.
Together, the Habsy app and Habsy Platform cover the full event lead lifecycle: capture and qualify on the floor, manage and act on it from the dashboard, and move clean, enriched contacts into your CRM and sales sequence without the manual work in between.
