Custom fields for things like choosing a location is a nice touch. Having multiple event/meeting types is a fantastic feature.

Overall my experience of using the application is not bad but it is not great either and I would not want to subject my clients (students) to such a buggy interface.

The most quick, easy & reliable solution for bookings

It has cut down dramatically on the amount of admin time we spent trying to arrange meetings with clients and potential clients. It has also helped the sales team increase velocity and the successful close rate.

We've been able to partially automate our appointment setting function, saving lots of time.

Simple to set up and simple to use

It is very user friendly for both me and my invitees, the customer support responds quickly via chat and - very important for me - invitee-facing user interfaces are available in multiple languages (which is helpful if you, like me, make appointments with both local German and international English-speaking contacts. The only problem: Due to the current situation I wasn't able to use Harmonizely much because my use case is scheduling meetings and appearances at offline conferences and trade shows as a tech writer and speaker. 

My go-to tool for appointments

My work involves interviewing a lot of people throughout a couple of weeks. My schedule doesn't allow much flexibility - I usually manage +- 5 projects side-by-side. This leads to loads of scheduling conflicts and back-and-forth emailing. Using a PA isn't always helpful or time-saving. 

Harmonizely let me 'open up' my schedule to interviewees and have them pick suitable times. A major time saver on both ends.

Harmonizely is a tool that saved me tons of e-mails and phones while scheduling business meetings with my clients. With its' 5-minutes-install I was able to run it quickly on my website and start saving time.

Ultimate time-saver when it comes to schedule meetings

Harmonizely has freed up a huge amount of my time that I used to spend going back and forth with scheduling emails. This is very important to me as a sole proprietor.

Before I started using Harmonizely, I was just using my Google calendar to book appointments and try to organize my calendar. Unfortunately, it meant that every time somebody had to delay, they had to get hold of me, I had to change it. I had to move it. It was way too manual and it was stressing me out.
                                                       So with those problems, I started looking to see what sort of solution I could find. I looked at a few, but Harmonizely was the one that I chose in the end. I've been using it for six years now, I think. I chose Harmonizely because it made it simple. It integrated with Zoom, which is how I did most of my coaching sessions, integrated with my Google calendar, which is where I put all my appointments, and it made things so much easier.
                                                       I found it really easy to set Harmonizely up, and you can create different meeting types. So I use it for business, but I also use it for friends as well. So I can quickly jump in there, create a new meeting type and say, "Hey, do you want to get together for 15 minutes? Just click this link. Pick a time that works for you that fits in my calendar, and let's do it. I just find it so easy, and it's quite intuitive.
                                                       So if you're looking for a calendar integration app, look for something obviously within your budget, but I recommend you look at what it will integrate with. I use Google calendar, but I know Harmonizely integrates with Outlook and all the other calendars. You want to make sure it integrates with the calendar you use, and you want to make sure it integrates with software, in my case, Zoom, that I use to help book those appointments. It makes it so much easier, so just work out what it is you need for your business.
