The application does great contact management and is well integrated with social media.

Cons

It's quite difficult to get used to the email templates. the application, in comparison to other similar CRM systems, does not provide many plugins.

Compared to other marketing automation platforms that I have used in the past, Hatchbuck is more user friendly and offers more advanced scoring and tagging options.

Pros

Tagging system is complex, yet simple to use Hatchbuck automatically grabs photos after importing contacts, gives a personal feel to the leads User interface is simple and clean Quick and helpful customer service

Cons

No way to separate contacts into lists (other than using tags) No social media integration

Working for a small digital agency, I didn't have the budget to afford one of the mainstream CRMs with automation and a lot of the more affordable services didn't offer both a CRM and Marketing Automation that would be integratabtle.

Attractive and intuitive user interface Good Price Attentive customer service Easy to use marketing automation tools with templates

Cons

Emails should have the option to be viewed in a browser window Tasks should be able to be created for email opens

Growing business with Hatchbuck for more than a year

No other CRMs compare to Hatchbuck.

Pros

Automation via emails, campaigns and tagging, email tracking, notifications when someone opens an email or clicks on a link within the email, automatic social network linking, webpage tracking, deal tracking and the drag and drop builder, which is great for newsletters.

Cons

It's not mobile friendly and you can not CC someone via Hatchbuck.

There are many marketing automation software platforms being released into the marketplace every week. It is not always clear what makes one better than another until you've used it, which is a very expensive and time-wasting way to evaluate software. I would forget about doing software research until you have a very specific and detailed "must have" and "nice to have" wish list. Then go shopping. Otherwise, you'll burn out in your search before you arrive at the best solution.

If you're a small business and you're using it as a CRM it's worth looking into.

Pros

Easy to pull stats, reports, and data.

Cons

We had decent sending results, but towards the end of us using it as our primary email service our results were atrocious.

Hands down, the best CRM system I've ever used.

We previously had three systems holding three separate sets of data: Zoho CRM, Membrain, and MailChimp.

Pros

The new built-in advanced filtering system is great and makes it easier than ever to segment our database based on location, tags, whether they have an email address or not, and more.

Cons

Additionally, if I could change a couple things, like the ability to automate contact notes within the record the same way that other things can be automated, I would, but this is such a minor thing that I wouldn't count it as a dislike.

I also wish there was an API to integrate with our current Salesforce account.

I'd recommend Hatchbuck to anyone looking for a sleek, easy to use platform that handles both your CRM and Email Campaigns.

Pros

Also it is a bit pricey, but it is a CRM and email campaign creator/tracking tool so I think it's worth it.

Cons

Sometimes it's a bit hard to navigate through the system, looking for the exact data or rare thing you might need or filter you might want, the good thing is their support is outstanding and always there to help.

At the time I began using hatchback it was still in the beta phase for many of the features and so the support offered wasn't as established as some of its competitors. I am sure they has since been improved.
