Highrise is a straightforward and uncomplicated CRM which provides a limited set of basic contact management features. The app is built for simplicity and therefore avoids the inclusion of advanced features and capabilities.

With Highrise you can store and share contact information with your team members through a central database of contact profiles. You can import contact details directly from Outlook, Gmail, Excel, MailChimp and other 3rd party apps.

You can use Highrise to send emails directly to clients and store important emails, attaching them to contact profiles. You can also attach important documents and files and attachments such as contracts.

Highrise lets you create tasks, assign tasks to team members, track your tasks and receive reminders via email or SMS to carry out tasks. Colleagues can add notes to contacts for review by other team members. Custom privacy settings let you decide which information your share with whom.

 Great CRM for account management

We use Highrise as our customer relations/account solution and I've found it to be easy to use, easy to update and flexible to help manage small projects related to an account. I would recommend this as a small business solution for customer management but not for metrics.

 So Glad I Found Highrise

My web developer introduced me to this program a few years ago and it's the best thing he could have done for me. I could NOT get by on a daily basis without Highrise keeping all my information and appointments together for me.
