Pros

Pros

Our overall profit has increased because we now retain fees. In addition, the quality of the internet user interface makes my patrons happy - and more importantly WILLING to purchase tickets online.
The ease of the system is great for my customers. They love to have the opportunity to choose their own seats and print their tickets to bypass our long lines.
The second thing we are thrilled with is the Online Sales flow. Our patrons are very happy with the look, feel and ease of use of online purchasing.

Cons

Cons

I also dislike the terminology for prices as 'discounts'----for whatever reason, this seems to confuse people. Major con - the text that is 'hardwired' to the internet sales screens.
Customers have a hard time using the site when purchasing tickets. Once and event inventory is generated it hard to change anything about it, should promoters change prices.
Fundraising Functionality is still limited, though is being addressed. Managing price structures is labor intensive (but this is the case with many platforms).
