Pros

Ease of use, tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status.
Affordable organization of those tasks you would like to deliver to your customer. Never forget to say welcome or thank you to your customers.
Great service which has greatly enhanced our ability to engage with our customer base.

Pros

Overall, a cool solution that is well worth its investment at a fraction of the price of competitors, and a friendly team to help navigate the first steps.
Lindsey has been so great and patient while we are setting up our systems and processes. Her training is easy to follow and Hatchbuck has been very user friendly and easy to train our staff.
Excellent customer service and training - easy to use - great help features and video.

Cons

I have spent too much time and wasted too much money on more expensive systems in the past which suggest more functionality but actually are difficult to use and too complex for many SME's.
Lacks notification for incoming emails, but then no other CRM has that either.
I haven't as yet found anything that i don't like about icomplete.

Cons

It was frustrating to have to create new templates since the old ones were rendered useless.
I find it difficult to search for multiple individuals at an organization. The CRM is set up to organize mostly by contacts and not by accounts, which can be a bit difficult.
The software gives you a number of alerts when you update your mailing list, and I’m often unclear about what they are telling me about my contacts.
