Pros

Ease of use, tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status.
Affordable organization of those tasks you would like to deliver to your customer. Never forget to say welcome or thank you to your customers.
Great service which has greatly enhanced our ability to engage with our customer base.

Pros

Insightly CRM is itself a very reliable tool which allows the user to gain the most of the advantage with its easy to use features and efficient tools.
Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc.
I like that you can have two users for free. It's a great solution for small businesses that need capital for other things.

Cons

I have spent too much time and wasted too much money on more expensive systems in the past which suggest more functionality but actually are difficult to use and too complex for many SME's.
Lacks notification for incoming emails, but then no other CRM has that either.
I haven't as yet found anything that i don't like about icomplete.

Cons

There are community threads with problems that are unresolved from 3-4 years ago. Support is non existent and the staff are clueless about their own product.
The activity view is really horrendous - when you mark a task complete, it doesn't disappear unless you refresh. When you delete a task, it takes you all the way out of the contact's record.
So many fake reviews - this software is horrible.
