Pros

Ease of use, tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status.
Affordable organization of those tasks you would like to deliver to your customer. Never forget to say welcome or thank you to your customers.
Great service which has greatly enhanced our ability to engage with our customer base.

Pros

They have an excellent support team to resolve any minor issues that you face during customization. They provide a wide range of features with great navigation.
I love the customizeability of the application and the support to get those things done has been great.
This is one of the best CRM that works well with QuickBooks. You can take the help of your in-house developers or the support team to customize the CRM based on your requirement.

Cons

I have spent too much time and wasted too much money on more expensive systems in the past which suggest more functionality but actually are difficult to use and too complex for many SME's.
Lacks notification for incoming emails, but then no other CRM has that either.
I haven't as yet found anything that i don't like about icomplete.

Cons

Worse CRM on the market. We chose it because it was Canadian and its supposed to sync with our system quickbooks.
Method increased my productivity exponentially. Jobs were no longer being overlooked because of human error.
The integrations can be somewhat confusing when you first approach them.
