Pros

Ease of use, tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status.
Affordable organization of those tasks you would like to deliver to your customer. Never forget to say welcome or thank you to your customers.
Great service which has greatly enhanced our ability to engage with our customer base.

Pros

It is easy to find products, the graphics are great, the inventory feature is wonderful, it is easy to send pictures and quotes to a customer, change the price level.
I like that it works with Melrose: good, better, best pricing. I like that it won't let us close the order without the email and phone number for customer.
The ease of use is great. I like that I can pull up a customer's name and address while I am walking to greet the customer and start the order at the same time.

Cons

I have spent too much time and wasted too much money on more expensive systems in the past which suggest more functionality but actually are difficult to use and too complex for many SME's.
Lacks notification for incoming emails, but then no other CRM has that either.
I haven't as yet found anything that i don't like about icomplete.

Cons

I dislike that information can not be altered after submitted unless you are the admin - it wastes a lot of time and I dislike that payments can not be processed through it.
Sometimes it shuts down randomly, but I think it has to do with my old iPad rather than the app. Ve never had any major problems or lost data.
Emails are lost during the corporate transfer. Hard to find items and send to customers.
