Pros

Ease of use, tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status.
Affordable organization of those tasks you would like to deliver to your customer. Never forget to say welcome or thank you to your customers.
Great service which has greatly enhanced our ability to engage with our customer base.

Pros

And the quality of the support is off the charts. All-in-all it's just a pleasant, well designed platform/service that does what it does well and seems to keep improving with new features.
The pricing is comparable to other more popular software solutions without the burden of a contract. The staff have been fantastic, and the transition was very smooth.
We launched our site 5 months ago and we are so happy with the website. We are in the midst of registering for a big conference and the set up was easy for us to do.

Cons

I have spent too much time and wasted too much money on more expensive systems in the past which suggest more functionality but actually are difficult to use and too complex for many SME's.
Lacks notification for incoming emails, but then no other CRM has that either.
I haven't as yet found anything that i don't like about icomplete.

Cons

Features are restrictive with no improvements on the near horizon for my needs. Basic developments cost additional money but have no exclusivity to the user who funded them.
Customizing pages is very difficult and a challenge. Google Page Speed gives the site very low marks, especially on mobile.
We looked at a dozen platforms before decided on SilkStart. It was the clear leader in our investigation and we've never had a moment of regret in choosing it.
