Pros

Ease of use, tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status.
Affordable organization of those tasks you would like to deliver to your customer. Never forget to say welcome or thank you to your customers.
Great service which has greatly enhanced our ability to engage with our customer base.

Pros

Beautiful graphs and management dashboards. FUN to use, feels like social media.
Excellent User Experience. The Boards with all my KPI's are very easy an effective to use.
Seamless integration with G-Suite/Google-apps. Great service from supportteam.

Cons

I have spent too much time and wasted too much money on more expensive systems in the past which suggest more functionality but actually are difficult to use and too complex for many SME's.
Lacks notification for incoming emails, but then no other CRM has that either.
I haven't as yet found anything that i don't like about icomplete.

Cons

I have not been able to find any dislikes yet.
Reduces my administrative burden to a minimum.
It brings the business closer to our professionals, so they experience the data (also the difficult situations and bad-data) directly.
