We have not yet found anything to dislike about GoToWebinar. We had one viewer who had trouble getting connected but that was an isolated incident. Our company loves this because most of our officers are home based so it give us the ability to stay on top of our game in the industry without leaving the comfort of our homes.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

I found it super easy to use and also a great way to discover what was happening at the event. I loved having all the information I needed for the conference I attended at my fingertips. Being able to rate speakers and take notes was a lifesaver as conferences are so busy. Attendees have the ability to message each other within the app, as well as, exchange information. Whova is wonderful organizational and communication tool for conferences.

The reporting is pretty good too and has the info we need although having some more aggregate reporting would be nice. From the start I was impressed with this company, they were friendly, informative and provided me the support I needed to make an informed decision about using their software. We have had some challenges with the mobile app, and the Webinato team has been very helpful and willing to work with our clients as well as us to make the mobile app experience a better one for all.

The quality of sound is great and the quality is good. The final straw was being unable to access the recording of the last session, contacting support, and getting no response. We asked for a refund of our subscription and this was denied. Not only was it easy to set up, the quality was nearly flawless with no noticeable lag-time (well above our next best alternative).
