I have had a good experience for the most part.

2017-06-30

Pros

Prior to buying I actually used other software packages including Infusionsoft.

Cons

At times the screen will lock up and that can be very frustrating. Also, if you have contacts active in a campaign you cannot change the campaign without kicking the contacts out. This is a problem for large campaigns.

Alternative to Expensive InfusionSoft / Ontraport

2018-12-04

While I wanted something more simple for myself, I opted for a cleaner watered down version of another product for my industry. However, I have recommended this software to multiple clients that were looking for something super powerful to integrate and run through all of their systems.

Pros

Cost, Features, Options, Tutorials, all super beneficial and could be considered superior to both InfusionSoft & OntraPort.

Cons

Still, a more in-depth email builder which follows the more cumbersome building out like the two alternatives mentioned. It could be made cleaner, easier to implement, and have a cleaner operating UX (user experience) and design. Overall, it takes the cake on price.

A fantastic CRM - as long as you don't mind clunky software

2018-05-19

Pros

Agile CRM does everything I need and more. The selling points are the price tag and the fact that I can send newsletters out without unsubscribing links!

Cons

It's like they copied Infusionsoft - and took out most of the good stuff.

Best value for money by a long way

2016-11-23

OK, so it doesn't have every single feature that something like Infusionsoft will have, but then it's a fraction of the price!

Pros

Price, platform development, support

give it 14 days trial, but actually don't be afraid to dive in and start adding/mailing contacts.

Unexpectedly great experience!

2017-07-26

Pros

I stumbled upon Agile CRM while looking for an alternative to unreasonably expensive Infusionsoft, I had a first impression that this is just-another-nice-attempt sort of thing, but I was impressed it wasn't.

Cons

I think that the mobile application is still in its first steps. The controls are small and not the easiest to use on mobile, and navigation is also a bit clunky. It's not really unusable, but I'm just mentioning that it's a bit beyond the web app

Response from Agile CRM

Hi Thomas, thank you for taking your time to review us. Agile CRM is a versatile product loaded with features and is designed after surveying various businesses on many parameters like size, business workflow, number of product pipelines. Our pricing plans are designed to keep the product affordable to all the small and medium businesses without losing all the core capabilities of the product. Our competitors pricing model is related with the number of contacts which becomes exponentially costly once your business expands. Agile CRM allows you send unlimited emails to your customers as long as the sufficient email credits are purchased. We have integrations with popular telephony services like Twilio, RingCentral, Asterisk, SIP, Bria and many others. We are always open to integrate with new providers. We request you to write to us with your detailed requirement to our friendly support team at support@agilecrm.com and a resolution is assured.

Replacing Infusionsoft and Salesforce for Fraction of Cost

2019-03-22

Pros

While I use Infusionsoft for marketing automation and some CRM in conjunction with Salesforce for the sales team, as a Marketing Director, I find Agile CRM to kill the bloat and complexity and open up the floodgates for productivity.

Cons

The sales/support system on Agile CRM was quick to invite me to schedule a setup call, however, my experience was they were slow to actually help me. Because it's simple, my sales team and I were able to meet our needs effectively without the help of the support team, but I would have liked the initial enthusiasm to carry over into an actual phone call. We're good though, thanks to the many tutorials online and our own competency.

Agile CRM is a Great First Step into the CRM World

2018-04-17

Pros

I used this platform for a solid year and put in hundreds if not thousands of contacts into this CRM. I liked how many categories there were to define a lead or a contact, the system that you set up to see how much potential revenue you had to win based on your leads was helpful, and the price is unbeatable. I mean truly, you can use this platform for free for up to 50,000 contacts. That's pretty amazing.

Cons

Overall you should try this platform out if you're just starting out, but upgrade to something like Infusionsoft if you're really looking to up your game.
