CRM, marketing platform, and so much more!

2017-08-08

Pros

I love how I can automate everything. The built in email broadcasts are great. Everything is customizable. I keep learning new things I can do with Infusionsoft.

Cons

Not as robust as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, but they're working on it.

I currently use Infusionsoft and I love it!

Pros

You can create email campaigns to constantly contact your clients and keep front-of-mind to them.

Cons

It could be someone's full time job to create the email campaigns. I also haven't figured out how to view a list or sort through my own list of clients. But I still find what I need.

Infusionsoft is helping us reach out to our customers consistently and nurture those relationships.

2018-03-01

We are seeing more engagement with our customers and are able to better tailor our messages to them by segmenting.

Pros

Combining our CRM with our email marketing software has been a game changer for us. In addition to productivity gains, we have all our customer interactions and can determine engagement all in one place. Automated campaigns help us make better use of our limited resources. And it's a great value!

Cons

After using Constant Contact for years, the email editor doesn't perform quite as well as I'd like.

Great platform for users.

2017-12-10

Pros

It goes way past simple platforms like aweber, mailchimp, constant contact and even activecampaign.

Cons

I don't like how I have to change my password every90 days. however, I totally understand that. I wish it worked better on Safari as well (the email campaign feature). I cannot create the emails in Safari, but I can do so on Google Chrome.

mostly good, wish it had more automation

2017-06-16

If we didn't have compliance telling us which software we could use I would use InfusionSoft because of the automation it offers.

Pros

how user friendly it is. The templates are simple and easy to adjust. I like that you can move things around within the template.

Cons

lack of automation and ability to create a funnel. I would like to be able to send out and email and drop someone into a funnel based on what they clicked on and what they opened.
