Marketing monster carrying an empty shell

2018-08-11

If you're filthy rich and can afford all the integrations you'll need, this becomes the best system there is... If you're just normal rich, only own two ferarris, skip this and go with something cheaper so you don't end up pawniing your cars and house for this.

Pros

Integration with everything, i'm surprised it doesn't control nest systems for hvac in people's homes.. Almost every saas product goes with it

Cons

The integrations do all the heavy lifting to raise a crm that is being left in the dust by pipedrive and salesflare and the new crowd of innovators

ConfusionSoft

Because of constant issues keeping account info correct, we added a second crm system and used both I/S and Pipedrive.

Pros

Ability to do account maintenance and contracts.

Cons

We were told we could handle our ad inventory through this system. Not true. Ended up using an excel spreadsheet.

Embedding PipeDrive into my sales team's core daily process has been revolutionary

2016-01-04

As a leading Infusionsoft reseller we thought we had sales management organised... until we decided to try PipeDrive.

Pipedrive was one of the first CRMs we used. It was nice then.

Quick and easy CRM management.

Pros

Pipedrive is easier to use than say, SalesForce and Infusionsoft. It is a great CRM for starters, especially if you have a startup that doesn't need a ton of automation.

Cons

With the ease of use comes lack of functionality. When comparing it to the bigger CRMs, it just doesn't do exactly what it could potentially. I'd say check it out to get your feet wet. As your company grows, look for other options.

One of my favorite tools to use

2018-06-27

Pros

The ease of use and the visual user interface and experience is really stellar. I also like the integrations with G Suite and ActiveCampaign

Cons

I REALLY wished PipeDrive had a robust email campaign and sequence flow planner similar to ActiveCampaign, AgileCRM, Infusionsoft or Ontraport.

Simply Powerful User Interface

We're retired our VERY EXPENSIVE use of InfusionSoft after a couple of years use simply because we couldn't visualize our sales pipeline.

pipedrive is user-friendly and powerful

2016-02-16

Pros

In the past 4-years I've worked with Sales Force, Nutshell, InfusionSoft and Insightly, and none of these are as straight forward as pipedrive.

Cons

The workflow and pipeline view are great for project management/construction type businesses. For other ongoing-type sales organizations, it may not be as good of a fit. You have to look at your own Sales Process to determine this.

Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive

Map our your current sales process during the free "trial period" to test how it works for your business. Change management in any organization is tricky but pipedrive alleviates much of this because it is so easy to work with.
