L'interface graphique intuitive d'Initiative CRM a facilité l'adoption par les utilisateurs.

Pros

La personnalisation sans limite des champs et leur intégration automatique dans les filtres de recherche est un grand atout, au même titre que les outils de workflow ou d'édition de rapports.

Cons

Nous aurions pu nous trouver limités par l'absence de champs spécifiques à notre activité mais la possibilité de les créer facilement nous a permis d'obtenir exactement ce que nous attendions. Les seuls points faibles que nous avons constatés sont des bugs mineurs rapidement corrigés par le support technique d’Initiative.

meilleur compromis sur une selection de 25 CRM des plus connus au moins connus, le plus adapté pour nos besoins, un essai et un accompagnement parfait pour cet essai, une commande, une installation + formation + paramètrage rapide, une grande qualité d'écoute, d'échange, un service très sérieux avec Initiative CRM vous êtes accompagnés, pour un budget maitrisé, idéal pour toutes les entreprises de notre taille.

Cons

des fonctions que nous aimerions voir à lavenir : intégration avec le site internet en vu de commerce en ligne, intégration avec le logiciel comptable, intégration avec les réseaux sociaux

Les équipes (commerciaux et back office) se sont rapidement approprié Initiative CRM. Equipe Initiative , réactive et agréable.

Cons

La documentation en ligne pourrait être davantage étoffée. L'essentiel est expliqué , il arrive cependant que sur certaines points + particuliers, les explications manquent et il faut consulter le service support.

Initiative CRM est un logiciel que nous avons complètement adapté à nos besoins très spécifiques (enseignement supérieur) avec une grande facilité, avec l'aide l'aide, le cas échéant, du support.

Cons

L'éditeur de e-mailing gagnerait à être modifié. La plupart de nos utilisateurs ne sont pas capables de réaliser leurs pages seuls.
