Pros

A solution, that too a comprehensive one as InItLive addresses this and how. It is super easy to use and tackles all real concerns of any meeting planner.
The best part is that is calculated all of their hours "worked" so we could keep track of who could receive a discount on their registration for the event. Also, the customer service is awesome.
I even had volunteers, not in the event industry, come and find me to tell me how much they liked it. Probably the most important point I want to mention is that their customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Pros

What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time.
I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system.
I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).

Cons

When constructing the schedule, the lack of cut and paste or duplication of program elements across multiple days made that process very laborious.
I found that because a lot of the volunteers were seniors who did not use current computer applications regularly, many were confused with initial emails that were sent to them.
I do not know if it is me - "operator error" - or Google Chrome/Play Store - or the InIt app, but I have loaded this gunk 2 or 3 times and it will not load or run.

Cons

Sometimes I have seen the app completely not working with some internal server error. It was really bad to see that.
Also, when a large number of subtasks appear, the workflow threatens to turn into chaos. Therefore, I believe that we need to add more structuring tools to the interface.
The mobile application seems a little uneasy to use, they should work on the mobile platform more for this product.
