Pros

Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc.
Insightly CRM is itself a very reliable tool which allows the user to gain the most of the advantage with its easy to use features and efficient tools.
I like that you can have two users for free. It's a great solution for small businesses that need capital for other things.

Pros

It's very easy to book an appointment, the text reminders are fantastic, and the ability to add the appointment to a Google or Outlook calendar is very convenient.
Perfect for small business. Great customer service, always available and with a positive attitude, I love it.
Save my money with online booking system, nice and easy to using , extra 20 appointment after review , will tell my friend this system to save their money too.

Cons

There are community threads with problems that are unresolved from 3-4 years ago. Support is non existent and the staff are clueless about their own product.
The activity view is really horrendous - when you mark a task complete, it doesn't disappear unless you refresh. When you delete a task, it takes you all the way out of the contact's record.
So many fake reviews - this software is horrible.

Cons

When I expressed disappointment in the service and requested to speak to a manger or be given another team member to avoid time wasting my request was denied. All in all a complete waste of time.
It is more or less useless. I have had a few questions and it has been impossible to have a fluid conversation with support sins it takes often days to get a reply.
Only a limited staff can log in; not a big problem, but a little annoy sometimes.
