Pros

The team at InTouchCRM are absolutely brilliant at responding to queries and helping us get the most out of the CRM.
Managing contacts through Groups is easy and Email Nurture Sequences are excellent, to highlight two.
Good ability to document without check boxes. It is convenient to be able to have summaries in sections versus having to click boxes.

Pros

The access to the cloud and the flexibility of the work represented a great advantage, as well as the vision of the client and the transparency of the processes.
Felt it had some features that were good. Liked integration with Wealth Engine.
It is a comprehensive tool that all provides users and admins great flexibility to automate tasks and workflows related to financial management.

Cons

I find the technical stuff difficult and a bit frustrating sometimes but that could be me, rather than the system.
Some of the templates sometimes get a little challenged but crikey if that is all I can find to complain about...and in truth, it is a minor issue.

Cons

NetSuite Outlook Integration has been frustrating so far, working for a while then just stopping for no apparent reason.
It seems that since Oracle acquired Netsuite, they have a very rigid cost structure. We had a very disappointing initial experience because they charged us extra costs after agreement.
With this you just have to worry about the process, to make this happen.
