Great tool for our contracting Business

We have used JobNimbus for a few years to invoice and track jobs and it has been great.

Pros

Easy to use software with lots of functions.

Cons

Could use a better app and sometimes runs slows.

Easiest way to track customers, workflow, leads, materials (etc.)

Ability to track & prove an individual's efforts. I'm excited for the future, I expect that I'll have ALL my customer's info at my fingertips. Talk about repeat business!

Pros

User friendly protocol where once learned, will make follow ups & call backs one the easiest/simplest tasks associated w/ the job.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve but once a general understanding has been established, VERY easy to navigate & learn the processes.

Pros

The automation with client communications and tasks. Being able to see and operate my whole company with this software.

Cons

The picture swiping and sharing. The app sometimes has glitches (very minimal) The app is overall very user friendly.

Best CRM used thus far

We are solving miscommunication regarding work matters with jobnimbus due to the notes section.

Pros

We have the ability to tag coworkers in important notes.

Cons

The loading time of certain files can be tedious.

Job Nimbus has been a blessing to our small company

Job Nimbus has really helped our office/field communication and efficiency. We are able to communicate through "Notes" and assign "Tasks" back and forth and because JobNimbus is cloud based, everyone can work in it at the same time. Yay!

Pros

Very user friendly, tons of video tutorials for all kinds of things. What ever you cannot figure out on your own you can call or email support who is super friendly, patient, and helpful. They help until the issue is resolved. Also, we love the search feature. We are easily able to find customer records and jobs with just a small amount of information. It also has a feature in the contact creation window that helps prevent entering duplicate contacts. SUPER!

Cons

Everything is good so far. I haven't synced our Quickbooks yet, so when I do, we will see if there is something that I don't like.

Trying to get new things implemented after a problem seems to take a long time.

Not bad, keeps us organized!

Pros

Pretty good for our needs, some of it could be more simplified, more industry added features would be nice! Best one we have tried so far but can be more than needed, but not enough geared to specific needs!

Cons

Puts repeats jobs in, a little overwhelming for our needs to navigate. Could be more simple like some software.

My overall with jobnimbus is very good. easy to use and friendly new user info. I learned the system in just a few days!

Pros

Easy to use and sending contracts to people is even easier.. Easy to add names and edit any info.

Cons

does not sync to company cam like it is supposed to.

We all love Jobnimbus because we can use it everywhere, not just in the office, but on our phones and add anything, find out what is going on with jobs and everyone can keep track of our jobs.

Overall we are really happy with it as a project management tool and CRM

Pros

I like that it is fairly flexible and allows us to customize it to fit our companies process and systems.

Cons

There are some reports that are hard to get and the payment options are really not practical for us.

Great price, just don't expect much support. If you are excel, google sheets, etc, savvy you could do very well with this product. I am not, which is the reason for the low score, which may not be fair.

Pros

Very good at tracking the sales process. The accounting side is not adequate. It does, however, merge with Quickbooks.

Cons

Lacks in training & support. Free set up and online training. ON-SITE training is offered for a price. Online training could be better.

I love using Job Nimbus. I think it is very easy to use and is very helpful in keeping everything organized.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and it keeps the customers organized. I like having the option for customers to make payments on their invoices immediately.

Cons

Syncing to quick books is my least favorite thing.

I've really enjoyed using Job Nimbus.

Pros

Thanks to Job Nimbus' ease-of-use, I was able to learn to use it quickly and it helps me to stay on track and complete tasks efficiently and on time every day.

Cons

There is the occasional glitch. Sometimes printing documents can be time-consuming.

For Solar contracting this system works, although we had to obviously modulate it to suit our workflow best.

Pros

Very easy to use and provides a empirical database for the team.

Cons

When storing files particularly picture files their is a loss of quality/resolution in the image. Which makes it more difficult for my team to analyze site surveys.

Doesn't really sync with quick books seems that there is some disconnect between how the two communicate.

Pros

I love our easy it is to look up customers whether its by name, phone number or address. Being able to send messages directly to the salesman and keeping everyone in the company in the loop with a single tag is extremely helpful. Adding photos, estimates, and invoices is just the icing on the cake. I do not know how we survived without JobNimbus before we started using it.

Cons

Figuring out the reports in the beginning was a challenge.

Great experience, and a great tool!

Pros

I like how everything is so easy to use, how I can upload everything into the software and it is all right there, anything I need to do with it I can do it all from Nimbus.

Cons

The mobile app at first, but now I can navigate it well also. Also on the mobile app, when I mark a contact as lost, I wish it would not appear on my contact list any longer unless searched for.
