It has enabled my whole sales staff to be in sync with appointments / tasks ensuring we don’t lose any clients/deals due to things falling through cracks.

Pros

The functionality and syncing with our other apps/software

Cons

Nothing as of yet - most issues have been self inflicted

Game changer

Very happy, it has changed our company for the better and allowed us to scale easier.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to put all information into a customer file. The open API makes the intergration with other platforms seamless

Cons

I wish it had a scheduling function (production schedule specific to roofing companies daily changes) also and FAR better platform with proposals and reporting on pertinent information.

Best Product for the Job!

Like any new product or service there is a learning curve. Then CSR has made this a wonderful experience with training and suggesting optional helps and advice that make it worth more to me than any other service I pay for. CSR is the best and deserves a thumbs up for his ability to read your need and guide and teach you what is going to help you with your business.

Pros

It's customizable, always growing and improving, interactive and compatible with many other industry apps,

Cons

No comment, its customizable and you have alternatives if you don't like something.

Organize and track your sales force.

Pros

The system is fully customizable. We have a construction company. This software makes paper files obsolete absolutely amazing. Saves us, one full-time employee.

Cons

The software since it is fully customizable does take some time to set it up for your individual business.

JobNimbus was a simple software that stored our customer information efficiently.

Cons

JobNimbus just didn’t have enough features for what we needed, such as accounting information or syncing to Quickbooks.

Highly organizable and user friendly

JobNimbus has increased visibility and communications within the company regarding what is happening with individual jobs. The reports are easy to filter and run. Job history and progress is also highly traceable and accesible.

Pros

How easy it makes it for other team members to be alerted to relevant account activity.

Cons

I wish there were more processes that could be automated on a larger scale as a project moves from stage to stage.

Overall experience is great! They are continually improving things and it’s is perfect for our application.

Pros

I love the flexibility and customization options available.

Cons

That you cannot move documents to another customer or job once it exists under one.

Estimate and invoicing feature. I like being able to attach pics to estimate.

Notification problems

mostly good, I wish i could upload more than 50 photos sometimes.

Pros

I like being able to access all my information from anywhere

Cons

Somtimes when someone tags me in a commet I get a brief notification on my phone that quickly disappears and then I cant' figure it out until i ask the person. perhaps you could make it so that when somene @you in a message it would at least show up in the activity feed.

i like that you can see the document image next to the document, i like how you can see when a customer has opened your email, i also like how easy it is to convert estimates to invoices and apply payment

This has made my experience with scheduling and managing jobs so much easier. The ease of use is unreal, and I feel I have just scratched the surface of the whole system!

Pros

I love how user friendly JobNimbus is I never watched the getting started videos. Just plug and play.

Cons

I’m not sure how to navigate all of the options that are given.

I first began using JobNimbus at a different company. When several of our team members left to start on our own, we brought JobNimbus with us. We used to be pen and paper files only, but JobNimbus has taken on everything.

Pros

Ease of use, functionality, essentially does your job for you. The amount of customization is incredible.

Cons

Would LOVE to be able to see my customer's in a map view. To map out territories for my team.

stable established and workable features. easy to learn and great for small to medium size jobs. Can be used by most companies I have run across.

Cons

Basic company software but any large project may not find some options required to input many field, estimating and sales information

Pros

Everything; it's very user friendly and intuitive. Really helps me manage my projects and time.

Pros

I can do everything I need to from Jobnimbus. The level of organization it has allows me to be able to fully aware of my current clients.

Cons

I guess an area where it could be improved is the mobile app, some things are harder to do or you can’t even do some of the same actions as you can on a laptop.

Saves a lot of communication time between staff. Can leave notes and tag employees for them to see on their own time.

Pros

Great way for a company to communicate with each other through individual jobs. Helps organize customer information and allows all employees to have easy access to customer information.

Cons

It would be nice to have multiple job tabs open at the same time and not have to keep going back to board or having to keep opening new browsers.

Good value for the money, but needs some help

We've been able to keep better track of where each client is in our process, resulting in better care for them and cleaner records.

Pros

I like that it has a lot of basic functionality and solid reporting capability. The ability to log and see all interaction under a job is super good.

Cons

The app stinks. No matter what device, getting it up and running takes a good 30 seconds to a minute.

Could be a little better, but did what we needed at the time

Overall, it worked while we needed it. We did switch to another program but only because we felt that JobNimbus was expensive in comparison to a program that had more capabilities.

Pros

We loved the home page. It kept all our leads, sales, and jobs in separate but very organized views.

Cons

Searching was a little difficult because it didn't connect jobs to signed contracts, so a client's info was in two separate places. And lets say they added something later, it would be even more difficult to find.
