Great tool for the small business!

Easy to create material orders, work orders and invoices and have them sent directly through the program.

Pros

This software is simple to use and easily customized to your liking. This program has helped our small Roofing company be much more efficient.

Cons

There is nothing I have found that I do not like after 2 years.

Nimbus is helping our staff become more organized, and the time stamp and date on any notes or uploads holds all of us accountable.

Pros

I like the functionality of the app. It is easy to keep all clients organized and all their financial information.

Cons

When I would try to create a task check list, customer service kept giving me like an automated message which didn't help. I just deiced to give up on that , and never ending up doing it. It was just really confusing, and the items I was listing didn't save in the correct order and couldn't figure out how to change it.

Nimbo to the rescue!!!!

The setup to customize our business was time consuming; however, once we had it up and running the software has been so helpful. Also, the customer service has been top notch. Every time I have reached out for a question, I have had a quick response and even if the answer was not known right away, I was informed of the reason why. Like the customer service and their transparency

Pros

We will have anywhere from 3-4 projects and 1 salesman out at anytime and there is no way could I have kept it all organized without Job Nimbus. Job Nimbus has allowed us to expand and still maintain our professionalism

Cons

The printing options on Nimbus is frustrating. We still have the need to print out a lot of documents and having to open up another tab and then print. Same thing to save documents to the desktop

Keeping track of leads and jobs is crucial to a successful business in my opinion. This program is great!

Pros

The support in customizing it to fulfill our needs was great. I like almost everything about it. The ability to communicate to our customers via e-mail or phone is great because it is logged. Being able to upload pictures directly into JobNimbus is a huge time saver.

Cons

The only thing I've had issues with is the reports

Our project managers are better able to manage their jobs from start to finish as we are able to attach every document affecting the bottom line.

Pros

I like that you can organize all of the information related to a customer/job in one concise file. I like the "related to " feature.

Cons

I do not like that you can not select "make a copy" for a customer and that you have to create a new file each time you service that customer & then add a # number to identify which project it is/was.

We do have our "Jobs" feature for those repeat customers, but if repeat isn't the norm or if your QuickBooks isn't set up for Jobs then we always recommend doing the option you mentioned. We do have ideas for making that easier, though, so hopefully we can address this in the future!

Pros

It is very easy to organize projects and jobs. I love that you can invoice straight from jobnimbus, this make everything easy and can track emails from here too.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see I if it told you which invoices are unpaid. It does tell you which jobs or customers are paid but if it could only say which invoices are unpaid also.

Overall I like it. Definitely more than the program we were using before.

Pros

I like the way it helps me to keeps things organized, and how it syncs with our QuickBooks program.

Cons

I hate all the double and triple entries that have to be made. There are about 100 steps to put in an appointment with a new customer.

Best CRM on the market!

It’s been fantastic! The customer service we’ve received is second to none. We look forward to doing business with JobNimbus for years to come.

Pros

It’s so easy to use and it does everything we need it to. This is so easy to train new employees on that we’ve shortened on training program which has saved us hundreds of dollars on each employee.

Cons

I wish it let me add video and the pictures don’t stay in the same order I add them in.

Much easier to keep track of what happening on jobs, all of our paperwork is integrated with natural forms. It is all done on a tablet and is uploaded to the right contact

Pros

That it is customizable and we can adapt it as we grow or as new problems happen.

Cons

The App has a long way to go but it is slowing getting better. There are some good features built into JN but they don't work as well as they could, the email system doesn't work well, the reports tab works but the selections are confusing

We use Job Nimbus for everything CRM! All lead tracking, estimating, invoicing, reporting, etc.

Pros

Easy to use- even for our less "computer-savvy" employees!

Cons

Which there was more customization ability in the reports, templates, etc.

next step to growth

speed in which we now process our accounts, weather it's getting to more clients quickly to getting out the billing.

Pros

ease of the system, from the billing department to the workers in the field.

Cons

sometimes it runs slow. for no apparent reason i'll have to wait and then refresh in the middle of the work.

That sometimes on the app you can do everything and you have to log in to Jobnimbus.com

Pros

Time saving and being organized I use the program for my position in sales to to know where i am at with every customer.

Cons

everything went great for several months, then i started having problems uploading photos. I take photos with my samsung Galaxy S8 then upload the photos so i can view or manage them on my desk top computer I have to uninstall and reinstall the Job Nimbus app every couple days to get the photos to upload.

I like this program. I have used many of them it has basically everything I need to complete my projects. There are only minor tweaks that I would do to change it.

Pros

For the most part, it's user friendly. Timestamped data is very convenient. Lots of options. I love that you can tag other members in your notes. Overall, it's a great program.

Cons

Can be a little easier to use as far as adding subcontractors, reaching your jobs list and navigating amongst your documents. Emailing work orders can be a pain sometimes. They are not set up to be emailed from your used email address, but jobnimbus's email address (that I don't use)

It's a great way to keep everyone on the same page so we all know where we are in the process. Automation is huge in helping us let our customers as well as our sales reps know what is expected and what is coming up next

Cons

I do not like the quick book integration. It was not easy to use and actually messed up my quickbooks pretty significantly. Had to turn that off.

Job Nimbus Helps You Get the Job Done

Prior to transitioning into my current position, I had no familiarity with Job Nimbus; however, it was extremely easy to learn and provides an excellent way to maintain contact with team members, many of whom spend the majority of their work week in the field.

Pros

Job Nimbus is extremely user friendly and very intuitive. I love the fact that it is possible to attach so many media to a job, making it unnecessary to look externally to access photos, email messages, etc. associated with a particular job.

Cons

I wish there were a bit more options for customizing reports and fields.

IT DOES HAVE A MOBILE APPLICATION WHICH IS CONVENIENT WHEN YOU ARE ON THE ROAD. KEEPS TRACK OF ALL YOUR REMINDERS.

Cons

ITS A BIT PRICEY. ALSO ANYONE CAN GO IN A FILE AND MAKE CHANGES THAT YOU ARE UNAWARE OF. IT WILL JUST PURGE WITHOUT KNOWING WHO DIDI IT.

Our organizational skills have definitely improved and JobNimbus has helped us stay up to date with the happenings and instances of each job. It keeps us... accountable.

Pros

This software helps us stay organized and helps us keep us up to date. We are able to save important contact, document important aspects of a job and easily share all this information with the team.

Cons

The Android app tends to have issues. It won't show all jobs and sometimes we need to log off and log back in to be able to see all of our job information.

Being able to communicate with customers is so important and having the option to see when emails were read is a big deal. Also I can access and document through job nimbus instead of carrying a lap top to ever job site with me.

Pros

I live having access on the go to pictures and documents for each job as well as the contact all in one spot.

Cons

We have so many jobs going on the program can get a bit bogged down.
