Pros

It was complicated and did more than we needed. Join It meets our needs exactly and offers wonderful integrations for future growth and use.
I appreciate the new directory feature, but hoping it will expand even more. Love the finances and direct integration with EventBrite and Stripe.
JoinIt allows us to use our data to accelerate our membership experience. The team has been super supportive and helpful with quick replies.

Pros

We are switching back to Daxko in November and we are all very excited to see our functionality improve and our membership numbers increase.
Refunds were easy to process. I liked that we had the ability to use contact tracking through the software to notify coworkers about issues with certain customers.
Being in the finance department, I'd be remised if I didn't note that the underlying accounting functionality is superb.

Cons

This was laborious and we often forgot to remind our members to renew their membership. In the end, we lost many members.
There is some limitation in separating out different user types, as at present there are some features that apply to all user types.
Obviously as a nonprofit justifying spending money is really hard.

Cons

Staff had a very hard time catching on to how to use the program. Due to Personify's lack of response and problem solving we lost a large amount of money.
There are too many things that you can click on that are not necessary for our association to use. The subsystem names for membership types and programs/classes were more confusing.
This program tries to be all things to all kinds of organizations but it is a terrible fit for what I do.
