The service and the fact that they never stop improving! They are always adding features to make it easier for us as a box owner. We get compliments from athletes when they first join us on how easy they make it sign in or purchase items. When it's easy to buy from the store, your members will spend more money!
There is some back-end tracking things that aren't in place yet, but they are always adding new things as owners ask. So it's a con, but not one they do not try to make better for the user.

Unfortunately, we've had a really poor experience with PushPress. The website they designed took weeks to update and then due to more errors on their side it was not accepted by Google for the two weeks before and after the new gyms opened. This had a huge impact as no one could view our website or join on line during pre sale and the few days after we opened. The customer service response was poor....
The App is user friendly and easy to use
The website integration failed to link my website to google, which had a massive impact on our gym launch. Payments are unreliable and have often failed, meaning unable to process payments. Waivers were not added or duplicated causing member frustration or members to not have waivers at point of joining and classes disappeared, making bookings initially unreliable.

Love it, me and my business will continue to use it
I LOVE that it is simple. Point of sale, checking in, putting out the WOD data, etc. I HATE other software like WODify and Zenplanner where people enter their daily "scores" and "numbers", because it leads to elitism, dishonesty, and friction in EVERY gym I've coached at prior to my own.
Not much, it can be glitchy at times but that is to be expected when a business is new. It's always resolved.

PushPress saves me time, effort and money, allowing me to do more of what I want to do and less of what I have to do.
I've been using PushPress for over two years now and have been consistently surprised by PushPress. The company is constantly evolving, adding new products, services and integrations that empower me to spend less time on running a business and more on what I'm in business for. Exceptional customer service is just the icing on the cake.
Interface is slightly "rigid," but it does everything it needs to do, so it's not really a problem as much as it is an opportunity.

They are true professionals and actually care about the users. Pushpress is super easy to use, and has all of the essentials, but the customer service is second to none.
If it had workout tracking I would give it 10/10, other than that, its top notch.

I feel less stress with my job than ever before.
Everything about Push Press is amazing! It’s easy for anyone to use. It has helped keep my finances in order, my schedule clear and my members up to date!
Nothing about Push Press is hard. T first it was overwhelming, but after practice it was easy.

Had a hard time getting hardware at one point that would allow me to better take advantage of the system. They offered a month at no cost to give me the opportunity to get the hardware I needed! It was fantastic!
It is pretty simple to use and they are always working to make it better and easier.
As I grew it was difficult to understand how much more I could get out of it. But they always scheduled a meeting or two to make sure I could take advantage of everything at no extra cost.

It is basically a check in system for us... everything else it does can be done with other products.
Serves as a decent base for a Crossfit gym.
The reporting is terrible. Hard to run a business using the built in reports. They are seldom correct or useful.

PP has been a game changer for us. From our early days of just using it to collect membership fees to now when we are far more involved with its capabilities, the customer service and integrations have bee phenomenal.
I love how easy to use this software is to use and the customer service is top notch!! We utilize it for events, product sales, besides the overall membership management!
No true cons that we have come across! Early on, it didn’t have as many integrations as it does now.

Saves me tons of time and makes it easier to run my business.
I love how simple it is to set up and run smoothly. It is easy to handle day to day for simple changes when needed, and it is really easy for our members to use.
I'd like there to be better reporting and alerts. That said, there has been many updates to this and I am excited about them so far (and what is coming down the pipe in the future)!

I like the drop down menu that you are first greeted with upon launching the app. It makes going where you need to go easy and quick.
I don’t like the app logo. I wish we could customize with our company’s logo. It gets lost because I don’t recognize it.

I like how simple it is to use this software product. Very intuitive and training coaches how to use it takes little time.
Eventually it would be nice to deliver workouts though the platform, but there is something said for doing one thing and doing it well, that’s what PushPress offers that other companies do not.

The simplicity of it. There's no extra bells and whistles, just what is important for a boutique studio to function. And doing it very well.
Every now and then, there will be some bugs. Although the development team rectify it really quick, but at times, there's just inconvenience. For their website builder, it looks very amateur. So I'd rather they not have it totally.

We have been with Push Press for our gym management software since it was in beta. It does absolutely everything I need it to do and makes running the gym much easier. Every year the software has added new features. The company is very responsive to the needs of the gyms that use it and the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend

I could not be happier with this software, and I recommend it to literally everyone. The team behind it includes gym owners, developers, and designers who all work together on it. So it's super easy to use, and does all the things I need it to do. The product owners actively work on improving the software and are very receptive to and involved in the community of people using it. The customer service is exceptional. It was very easy to make the transition from our old software (MindBody). I stayed with MindBody *way* too long. My only regret is not making the switch sooner.
It does everything I need it to do, is super clear and easy to use, and the pricing is unbeatable for the value delivered.
There's no time clock feature and payroll is in beta. We have a small staff and use a spreadsheet to track time, so it's not a big deal. It is 100% worth it to use PushPress and keep track of time with other methods.

It’s been amazing so far.
I love that if I have a question, I can chat with someone quickly and get it answered. It has been a huge selling point.
So far just the fact that I can’t toggle back and forth between customers paying with CC and ACH. I wish they could choose when signing up for a membership with me.

Our goal is to make the simplest, most "automagic" system for gym owners to help them save time and headaches (and make more money focusing on their clients!) I think what you're looking for is the ability to have a online self-serviced signup and have the client choose ACH or CC. We built it as a hard switch (one or the other) because most gyms who want to use ACH want all their customers on ACH. I think this is something we can revisit when we rebuilt our landing pages.

I needed an accurate software that easily tracked memberships and the dollars spent, and it does a great job.
Very customizable, easy to learn, reports are easy to read

I love that the team are constantly listening to the issues and need of the gym owners that use the product. They change functionality of to make life easier.
Initially it took some time getting used to reading the reports to make sense, but after using it for a few weeks its easy as pie.

The customer service is outstanding. The guys/gals behind the scenes really love what they do so they are more than helpful to help you help your clients. I couldn't have asked for a better support system or cheer team.
This is such an awesome product to manage clients. You can create tons of plans, keep track of attendance, sell products/merchandise and easily keep track of it all.
I don't like the way it says "edit" at the bottom of the "edit" page. I wish it would say "save changes?" or something to that effect.
