Pros

We switched from Happyfox to Kayako and haven't looked back!

Cons

Strangely enough, there's no easy way to put links in your form reply emails. Some of the more advanced programming stuff and automatization is hard to understand.

Outstanding Help desk software at an attractive price

We spent some time a year ago looking at helpdesk software to replace the enormously complicated Kayako that we had been supplied with as part of a system rewrite.
