Ease of use for end to end Event Management.

At times found issues loading the admin console on mobile, but not always.

The interface is intuitive and its features are complete and exceptional. Nowadays it's very hard to find a software product that offers the services it claims to offer without relying on external integrations. KonfHub remarkably allows me manage every aspect of student events from scheduling and hosting to gathering students post-event feedback within one platform. So unlike its peers, one you successfully implement it, that's it, you won't have to worry about unnecessary integrations just to use to enjoy its potential fully.

KonfHub is truly a hidden gem in its category. Actually, I wish we implemented it in our institution long time ago.

- The UX/UI: no need for manual :) - The quick response time. - The engagement - One can create an event without paying any upfront cost.

- The customizing the embed. It could be composable. I bet this will be on their to-do.

I have been using Konfhub for more than 5 years now. It has come a long way and has become a one of major players in ticketing platforms and is emerging as a leader. It is extremely user friendly and is always there to resolve payment and customer issues. Another important factor i liked about Konfhub is user data confidentiality. Unlike other platforms, Konfhub gives utmost priority when it comes to user data protection.

Nothing as such. They can enhance user experience further by integrating AI and ML on their data.

I found the limited customization options for event pages to be the least appealing aspect of KonfHub. More flexibility in design and layout would enhance the user experience.

Konfhub is user-friendly tool to create and manage events effortlessly. My overall experience has been satisfied and smooth. It offers wide range of functionality from Online registration, Ticket generation, flexible event management, organizing online events, live streaming, effective managing conference. The team is very supportive and respond quickly to the queries. Highly recommended for those who has to organize events, conferences online.It also offers special feature of data and analytics. As an organization, it helps to understand the effectiveness of event.

Some limitation in number of quizzes. sometimes faced problem to download participant list.

No cons, but a few suggestions.- Would like to have CFP / Speaker Management Workflows integrated with the event management portal.- Would like to have vendor management capability in the event management portal.

We can create and customize our tickets which are of a wide variety like the regular tickets, waitlist tickets and hidden tickets with access code and also provide attractive discounts to our customers.Through referral contests we are able to generate interest among our audiance and facilate organic growth of our ticket sales through offering rewards, incentivizing participation and boosting ticket sales and attracting a bigger number of customers to use our services

sometimes the support team delays in responding to our inquiries we make which affects how we also provide our services to customer especially when we need help on how to use some features

The product has been very to use in all event activities such as planning and coordination

It's a great platform for event hosting. It's very easy for ticketing, event management and all the aspects related to the event. The checkin app is very useful for the offline events. Overall the best platform with even best support . They are very happy to assist you event if you get even a small issue.

It's no such con that I faced. The staff is soo supportive that they instantly resolve any issue

The platform offers all the features that are useful in event management like ticketing, scheduling, and attendee tracking. Also, we can live streaming with the wonderful platform. It's available on the mobile app. It saves a lot of time as well as human resources in organizing/creating and managing the events. We can do Paid events because it has an integrated payment gateway. Really great tool ahead.

For me, the pricing of this platform is a little bit high compared to the other tool. It has less no of quizzes as compared to another tool available in the market. Needs to be added and make this tool more efficient and secure.

The most attractive feature of the app is its hosting high quality events and we also send the invitation by message.

Sometimes it takes a lot of time and also we face lag issues while using this application.

sometimes tool becomes laggy it needs little bit optimization in performance. Otherwise In every scenario it is great tool in this category.

Its an even management app for me personal lot has eased out the process of organising an event.The best part is it can be integrated with YouTube as well.

Very easy to track attendees. In built payment gateway was pretty much helpful.Many other services like ticketing, checkin and participation certificates are very much useful.

Mobile view is not that much effective and easy to use.

KonfHub has caught my attention with its numerous features, including: 1. Event hosting capabilities 2. A simple and quick registration process 3. A secure payment gateway 4. Generation of unique barcodes for each attendee ticket 5. Easy attendee management 6. Quick scanning of attendee tickets for authentication, saving a significant amount of time 7. A unique feature that allows for the conduct of quiz competitions during events, which can be easily managed by organizers without prior knowledge. This feature also allows for automation with buffer time and a live leaderboard, which is truly impressive.

There are few points where KonfHub needs to make changes: 1) When participating in a quiz, if my internet connection is disrupted and a question remains on the screen, refreshing the page should still display the current question along with its options, even if only a few seconds (e.g., 4-5 seconds) are left to answer. Currently, refreshing the page skips the question and moves on to the next one. I suggest keeping the timer running, but still showing the question and options, allowing me to attempt an answer within the remaining time.

We got in touch with KonfHub and absolutely loved how seamless it was to setup and spread the word about our first meetup. With KonfHub, we were able to setup online registrations, which was quick and easy, while using the events page to communicate the specific details about the speakers, location, and the organizers. We also loved the analytics page because it helped us estimate our target audience and the next steps we should be planning. The email campaigning page helped us get in touch with our community on a timely basis, and KonfHub provided us with the best support to organize this meetup seamlessly.

We would have loved a Meetup integration to pull data from our Meetup page. It was not super critical for us, but would be good to have for the future meetup. We would also have desired a CFP feature which would have allowed potential speakers to submit their proposals.

KonfHub allows one to offer very engaging events to your audience by use of interaction quizzes which also includes incentives to keep the audience motivated to participate. Another mastery played by KonfHub is the option of allowing your audience to communicate through third party communication channels like Sms, WhatsApp and Email which makes it possible to have an effective communication experience with the audience. There is variety of event templates available which makes it easy to create professional events without the need to posses advanced design skills.

KonfHub is an excellent event management platform with outstanding tools which are all easy to use and very effective in terms of performance. I thereby fail to identify any aspect to like least about it.

We can create attendance lists, API integration is a plus, and the system's built-in payment processing system is a brilliant idea. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and I find the design to be quite appealing.

If there was a way to have the information automatically updated in a Google Sheet rather than having to constantly download an Excel sheet, that would be much more convenient. And do so without compromising safety.
