Pros

They work with us to ensure we are happy with the way things are operating and are just AMAZING overall.
Their executive is awesome with helping in every way. They have grown a lot since we first signed up be we still get they great customer service.
I love the degree of control. I like how simple inventory counts are and I hopeful that it will have profound impact on ordering.

SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been so helpful and he gets back to me quickly. It's a good feeling to have someone like this to help me.
Also, the ability to self manage social campaigns is a great advantage. THE BEST FEATURE is COST of them managing my business on all website platforms for one price and no surprises.

Cons

If KORONA consider to add a function where we can customize the terminology across this system, KORONA will be on fire.
Some of the queries are a bit weak in my opinion. I sometimes want to do AND operations to find products and it will do OR instead.
At first it was difficult trying to figure out the tag option but now it is something we use thru out all locations.

Cons

Sometimes i get a message that my password is wrong, but its not, and i press forgot my password and no email is sent, and it just automatically logs me into my account.
It is frustrating to upload client info from a document into the CRM. It will often give an error message that some clients could not be uploaded but doesn't tell you which ones or why.
The HORRIBLE customer support and rapid fall back to a one year contract for a product that doesn't live up to the sales pitch.
