LeadsLive is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution which allows small and medium-sized businesses to manage their business contacts, digital marketing and sales processes from a single interface. The software offers tools for SMS and email campaigns, activity tracking, lead management, and more.

LeadsLive provides users with an overview of all of their leads, and their stages within the sales pipeline. Contacts can be synchronized from Google Calendar and pulled from web lead generation forms through website integration. Digital marketing campaigns can be run across SMS, email, and social media from within LeadLive, and users can reach out to their prospects individually or in bulk by email or SMS.

LeadsLive’s dashboard provides users with insight into results from a range of connected applications, including Xero, Google Analytics, and MailChimp. All user activity is visualized in a timeline view, and multiple user account levels can be created with different permissions to control access.
