I am pleased with the complete package of the software, the training videos, customer service and pricing. You provide a big bang for the cost.
The CRM lives up to its name. It is less annoying! I’ve seen very expensive CRM systems that are so difficult to use that they don’t get used and therefore is not an effective tool.
I would like to have the email integration more seamless and have an easier way to capture text message communication with the contact manager.

Great way to manage your sales pipeline. I use it as a salesman and as a sales manager and it does exactly as advertised.
Customer service is the best I have ever used. You can call with a question and, no matter how simple or complex, they will have an answer. I chose Less annoying CRM for all my outside salespeople because it gives me all the info I need to manage them, gives them all the tools they need and does it in a very low profile, easy to use package.
If I was in charge I would make the analysis and reports a bit stronger. It would help the sales manager with territory and rep management.

LACRM is easy to use and has made a huge difference in my business. The calendar and task list are especially helpful in keeping me on track. The contact manager and pipelines help me know WHO to contact!
I would love to have the ability to make tasks recurring.

Couldn't be happier. Great product and support.
This product has made it so easy to keep track of new clients and leads. We're a busy Pilates and Yoga studio. The Business Manager and I were having a tough time getting back in touch with them, remembering their fitness issues, and contact information, and determining which of our 15 teachers to place them with. The CRM has put it all together for us. We never lose anyone anymore, and I can also assign tasks to my Business Manager and move projects off my plate. Also, the Customer Service is exceptional. Team members respond promptly, often within minutes. The video tutorials are also very helpful and easy to follow.
I'd like a way to show High Priority issues and get reminders of tasks that were not completed.

The centralized location for all things necessary in conducting my business with my accounts. It makes it so easy to share information. I like that it can track data that my manager needs and saves me time in compiling and sending over. I just need to keep the info up to date and the LACRM will do the rest.
Mass upload of info changes when we switch an internal person onto or away from a group of customers. I believe this is being done internally now. I am anxious to see if our info translate over to the CRM as explained to me.

I have used many crm's from the old days of ACT to today's version of Saleforce and even Sugar CRM. All of them are good in their own unique ways. The huge value of Less Annoying CRM its ease of use and value as an efficient contact management tool while providing good reporting tools. Since it is so easy to use and learn minimal training time is required to learn it so it really easy Less Annoying....
Simple - Ease of Use - Training - Email integration - Support all well done.
Not great at setting up my templates for importing- It will not save any templates. If you want the CRM to do any of the steps of the sales process then this is not the software for you. It is more of an advanced contact manager vs a true CRM. For the price, there are many more full CRM options out there featured

I know I have not even begun to make the best use of many of the features available - including calendar and reporting; however, even so, it has made my networking and client management life so much easier!
I appreciate that it's easy to import contacts from other places as well as easy to add my own individually. It has been great for keeping track of segmented groups of contacts as well as tracking sales leads through the sales process. I like being able to attach files to each contact, so I can keep important relevant documents within finger's reach of their information. As a project manager, that is a big help.
At first, I thought I would miss the fact that they do not have an app for their mobile version of the site. However, keeping the link for the mobile site on my phone home screen has worked quite well for me.

LACRM is the backbone of my job as a marketing manager at our small manufacturing facility. It's impossible to overestimate the positive impact this tool has had on our business and my personal development. Prior to LACRM, we relied exclusively on spreadsheets and memory to track and manage leads and our sales pipeline. The beauty of LACRM is its affordability and its simplicity. It is easy to implement and adjust as your business needs change. It's also very easy to train others to use and understand because it has a clean and minimal interface.
LACRM is perfect for what it is: an entry level CRM. I think that we will eventually outgrow this software, which makes me sad and nervous because I'm not sure what we'll move to. It'd be nice of LACRM had a "step-up" software for businesses as they grow to add additional functionality.

I am a 20+ year user of ACT, which is a fairly powerful contact manager. But I finally got fed up with all of the technical issues, complexity, and traditionally terrible support. The final straw was trying to load it on a new computer. There technical support had me on the phone for eight hours over three days. In the end, I had to call Dell to help me do a factory reset because ACT technical support...
Simplicity of use with almost all the features that I need.
Lack of built-in alarms. It relies on sending you a text message instead.

I am in love with Less Annoying CRM, it is extremely user-friendly which was important to me as I am not very tech. savvy. However, my office manager is and she loves it as well and can utilize more options of the CRM (lead tracking, gift certificate tracking, and more). It is so affordable and has helped me transform my small business over the last 6 months. Not to mention their customer service is amazing!! I get a real person who actually cares about my concerns and always helps resolve my question. I highly recommend Less Annoying CRM for any company needing better client management software.

No learning curve, so my team dug right in = Productivity. The team loves it = Means they use it = Tasks and Events are getting handled more effectively. Using the CRM part to keep track of all clients, reps, and vendors = all in one place = gained efficiency. Easy to CC emails and PDF's, other Docs right into client and reps files and immediately create quick tasks or events for follow-up = Nothing is falling through the cracks. Every day, the agenda is emailed to each user = Your task list for the day. Calendar feature is very dynamic. The only thing this CRM doesn't do is my laundry, seriously!
It's crazy how many apps there are that do the same thing, and I've tried about 20 in this category. I LOVE this CRM! LACRM BEST PRACTICES: 1. Intuitive & Ease of Use = NO, I mean NO learning curve! 2. Exciting to use b/c I don't feel bogged down with 100 features to stare at that I don't need. 3. Free 30 Days. Their strength is the only reason to go 4 stars here. But let's be clear -- it's all about perspective. There are a couple things I wish the task list would do, but in speaking with LACRM, they said they are rolling them out soon. (Can't beat the customer service - damn these people are friendly! I wish my family were this nice, LOL.) I'm begging them to white label the product -- my sales reps could sell it like crazy!

I found Less Annoying CRM while attempting to learn another CRM, which I found frustrating and difficult to use. As a teacher turned contractor, I have successfully taught myself to use various forms of grading and estimating software, but try as I might, I could not make this other CRM make sense. Enter Less Annoying CRM. I started to look into other products and the Less Annoying title caught...

I wish it had a few more features, but I am so happy with what it provides, I haven't considered look at other software.

I have been using LACRM for several months now, and cannot fault it. As CRMs go, it's very simple to use and the barriers to entry are as low as they can be. The support and backup have been outstanding as well. I found LACRM through a recommendation. I watched many of their online videos before deciding to take the plunge. The videos themselves were probably enough, but I was pleasantly surprised...

We have had a very positive experience with AppFolio from implementation to daily operations. The customer service is exceptional and the team is always open to our ideas. New features are implemented often.
I like that the product provides our clients with easy access 24/7 to their investments. It improves communication and streamlines the reporting process. AppFolio puts key information at our fingertips as well making asset management more efficient.
There could be more CRM features and more document sorting categories.

I'd say a 7+. AppFolio has a great support team, however I do find hangups with the software from time to time that I think could eventually go away. It's not perfect but for the price it's pretty good.
I like the immediate support responses. I like how this software is also utilized as an effective CRM.
I'm not the biggest fan of the docusign functionality in this software, I think it could be a LOT better. Need to include international bank accounts.

K1 uploading and quarterly Reports sending to clients. I like the CRM aspect and organization for all docs.
K1 Uploading. Does need help with IRAs as a Custodian as 1 EIN and if we have 50 investors in that Custodian, it doesn't allocate and have to do manually by name. Is there a way to add an additional feature to read by name if EIN is the same?

They're new to the game, which I like because the price is lower and their team is eager to improve. And we get to give our advice and feedback so the product is created in ways that fit our needs
It's a secure way to trasnmit K-1s and receive bank info, etc. It's a great CRM system. Our investors love having a portal they can access at anytime to see their investments, distributions, monthly reports, sign subscription documents, etc.
There are some features that are still missing, but it's still a great value and they're constantly improving and making updates.

Overall a very good tool for our real estate syndication efforts. Also the support is excellent.
This investment tool is very user friendly, enables our team to efficiently collaborate with each other on equity fundraising & CRM responsibilities and allows us to present a very professional image to our committed Investors who have online portal access their investment details, ownership %, cash distributions history, year end tax K-1 information and more.
We haven't used the application long enough to discover many negative aspects of the software.

I was a bit intimidated in setting up the system after having tried other CRM / investment management systems and in the past felt it was a lot of work to get to a point where the software was valuable to the business. The customer support is great! They heålped set up our account based on data we provided, and got the system basically functioning and valuable right away. This stood out to me from other similar products.
Easy to navigate, no glitchy, customer portal, simple and effective. Great customer Service.
As with any software it takes a little getting used to, but generally pretty intuitive.

Our company is a smaller private real estate investment company, and have one fund at this time. We have about 100 investors in the fund. This software allowed us to have an online presence for our investors, which is not perfect, but has been improving over the 12 months since we started using the software. Software also allows us to take care of a lot of the back end accounting and tracking for our real estate investment, membership capital, quarterly distributions, as well as communication hub.
Cloud based Built in CRM to track all client information. Can email directly from software to borrower. Includes Investor portal that allows investors to track balances, history, transactions for investment account. Appfolio customer service is great This software works directly and integrates with Appfolio Property Manager software, which we have used for 8 years. We have reduced our need for spreadsheets for tracking purposes by about 80% Ability to pay, reinvest, distribute, track dividend payments right in the software- we do this quarterly, so this is a big time saver.
Improvements are needed as far as ability to customize certain areas of the investor portal, and the investor statements. Ability to add, or remove information, headings, titles, categories from investor portal and investor statements. Appfolio does take support requests seriously and has made some adjustments based on recommendations.

Very good service and support.
The software is easy to use and helps me provide an attractive front-end to my investors. They have a single place to view all of their investments with my firm. The software actually has a lot of great features that I don't have the need for today, but it's great to know that I'll have the tools when I'm ready. The email and CRM functionality has come a long way. After a rocky start with the editor, I've started to use IM for all of my investor communication.
It's all easy to use but I wish it could integrate with other partners who also operate with their own Appfolio IM license. There should be a way to share that info.

We got rave reviews from many investors. It is a great platform and (still as of this review) costs a fraction of the leading products out there who have a few more features and are a bit more mature. However, AppFolio has been awesome in listening to reasonable requests which make the product better and hence they roll out new features often. This to me is very valuable. Try to have any of the 2-3 "leading elephants" move or change something .... Good luck. So I am very happy with the decision to go with AppFolio. It does 95% of what we need for 50% (or even less) of the price of the others.
- The Investor view is very good and easy to understand for the investor. Good overview with easy drill down. - You can send out new investment solicitations from within the system - Integration into Email
Still a bit rough in some aspects like file management, if you have A LOT of files. If you only have let's say up to 10 or so files per investment, all is peachy. You can have an endless amount of files, but it is not that easy to display. They are working of making that easier on the eye.

Well, I am glad [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is my customer service rep. I hate that I can't call in with a problem, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] answers me very quickly. When we did letters via mail merge, it was much easier, however the K-1s are much easier with your software. To be honest, if we didn't have the investors now so invested in the portal, I don't know if we would have continued. We are a unique company, and are needs might be different than the norm. If the above problems are worked on, than the software would be great.
How easy it is to upload K-1s. How easy it is to send out bulk email to investors that don't have CC's. How easy the search function is. I like that I have a relationship with my customer service rep. He knows a little bit about my business so therefore can help me better

There is not a CC option, meaning if I do a Bulk letter and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] wants his Assistant [SENSITIVE CONTENT] CC'd, I have to do them separately.
