Answered my questions every time. 

It has taken me time to learn (but all will be the same) but with the support team I managed to create a CRM suit to my business. I have grown with Apptivo and have seen many other tools available I even did not know existed.

Brilliant CRM system especially for growing businesses.

Excellent Service

I think it's really easy to setup and use for less technical people, great for freelancers,  small businesses and mom and pop shops who don't need or want data driven CRM systems. If you have a single person who can juggle multiple aspects of customer service it's cost effective or a small team it's worth it.

Our experience with Apptivo has been pleasant and smooth in operating.  The folks while support is in another country has been accommodating and relatively easy to deal with.  They are a good group to work with and have patience for even the most "green" CRM users.

Choosing a CRM

Having the on-line chat available 24 hours a day is unbelievable. They very knowledgable and fast. Its like having your own IT sitting there next to you waiting for me to ask a question. Great SERVICE!

It is a Plug-n-play CRM ,ready to use software for initial startups.

We are trying to get a tax framework in place that can be adopted by partners for various countries. 

There is also a thought to integrate with tax service vendors. We'll keep you posted on developments in this area.

LACRM is Affordable and Easy to use. It has been a great addition to our business, helping us keep track of test tools, customers, and new leads.

It is very fast and responsive, and has all the capabilities I need. It has a series of short video tutorials that are effective and correct.

There's a good User Interface / layout, partially adapted by us as users. Excellent support - if you have a question, a proper person will get back to you with an answer within a couple of hours.

The ease of learning and maximizing it as well as its capabilities. The support tools are also easy to locate and the item descriptions easy to understand.

The great thing about LACRM is that you can customize the view and fields to reflect your preferred names of fields or how you like to see items listed.

Given the design concept full enterprise integrations are a little limited. But in my view balance is right in that people use it, learning quickly and correctly to their needs.
