 My work life is so much easier now with Less Annoying CRM

I can not express enough how much I love this CRM. It has everything my associate and I need and it is not so complicated. We don't have to jump through hoops to find information or pull reports like we did when we used Sales Pro. Not to mention it is extremely affordable.

Easy to use, does not claim to be more than it is, affordable, easy in and out of the program with only a monthly obligation...no long term contracts.

Cons

Would like to see an Iphone app.

Reliable, easily accessible, has everything that I need to successfully do my job

Cons

I wish that I could duplicate events and tasks in the calendar section, I also wish that there was an actual app for my phone- I still love Less Annoying CRM even without either of these

Less Annoying is the best CRM System for Me.

It's simple, has amazing customer service, does exactly what I need it to do, links to Mail Chimp so that I can do an email blast easily, and it's affordable. It's the perfect CRM solution for me. great all around...and fantastic customer service!

I started using Less Annoying CRM a couple of months ago....slowly incorporating it into my daily routine. Initially, I had wanted it only to keep track of my contacts and phone numbers but it has turned out to be far more useful than I had imagined, at the start. Using the 'pipelines' to keep track of quotes has saved my sanity. Very happy with it. When I have a question or problem..customer service has always been very quick...usually within an hour, to respond...and doesn't mind my stupid questions. Very, very happy with it and would recommend it.

Lost without this CRM!

I have had occasion over the years to use other CRM's including Boomtown, but the Less Annoying CRM is exactly that - it's NOT as annoying as the others are with their endless learning curves. I'm not a genius when it comes to figuring out a new program. But with this one, I literally sat right down and started using it. Zero learning curve. I also like that the company gives a 30 day trial to determine if you want to buy it. I can't afford to NOT have it, and neither can you.

Pros

Everybody is in one place for once in my career. Can't wait to use the Mail Chimp integration.

Less Annoying CRM Keeps Me on Focus

I have a lot of balls in the air and Less Annoying CRM helps me focus and stay on track. The fact that I can create groups and relationships helps me keep everything together for a give project and allows for quick access to history, emails and notes is very helpful when I am on the phone with a client. Best of all their customer service is "over the top" Being able to talk directly with someone when you have a question or problem is immensely valuable. Less Annoying CRM is everything I could hope for at a very reasonable cost. It's the best!

Pros

It is a simple to use product that I can access from anywhere I can find a computer. The fact I can access my information through my cell phone is invaluable.

Cons

None worth mentioning.

Not Annoying At All

Spent a long time searching for the right CRM for my company needs and as soon as I logged into LACRM I knew it was the one. Laid out very well and everything is easy to find and understand. Quite a simple CRM but has every feature I need. Also now i have been using it for a few months i can say that the customer service is expectional and all my queries have been answered promptly and to my satisfaction.
