Pros

I like how it builds on the CRM Network to the point where you feel like you have a great Network after only a few days of using the app.
I also appreciate that they allow you to import your contacts relatively seamlessly using an excel spreadsheet, because that saved me a lot of time.
It's a fantastic program. Customer service is also amazing - they answer questions within a day, tops.

Pros

They also have a large number of plans available, are affordable, and there are a good number of independent technicians out there that can help you with your data, and design third party add-ons too.
Really excellent technical help if you want it. We use it for monitoring our membership, probably only using a few of its features.
Easy to use and easy to setup, the software is ready direct from installation and the built in reporting and functionality is fantastic.

Cons

Low score above because Deaf partners in Utility Warehouse will struggle with the online training because of auto-subtitles which are confusing.
My boss now is suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder about every little insignificant detail that does not generate sales, but generates constant questioning.
The calendar app in the phone app is tricky, hard to get rid of the drop down times.

Cons

Sometimes switching between databases causes the software to crash. It has been a problem with most versions we have used.
We have been frustrated over the years by the number of crashes and freezes. Occasionally an import will not import correctly and the data in put into the wrong fields.
In my business my CRM is my navigator and used as a main part of my business day. The down time is ridiculous.

Very good.

Pros

The Less Annoying CRM software is easy to use. Your support is also very good.

Cons

I wish we could print directly to labels. Our old Act! by Sage software allowed us to print labels. I still use my old Act! program for printing Avery 5160 labels

Pros

Easiest software to use. Coming from an ACT experience, makes me wonder what I could have done in the past with all my new found "spare time" freed up by using Less Annoying.

Cons

Not applicable.... I like everything about it... what more do want???

Hard to do the comparison, easy to pick Less Annoying CRM

I am still learning to use all for functionality, I think it will be even better for my business as I continue to use it. Cannot beat the price.

Pros

Videos explain everything, Customer Service very active in making sure you get it going correctly and feel comfortable using the CRM

Cons

Learning any new system is a bother but is to be expected. I have been using ACT and Salesforce so it is not all that different, and it is a little easier.

Less Annoying CRM, An Inexpensive Alternative CRM

Very easy to use and gets the job done with a super fast learning curve. And love the fact that it can be customized by industry.

Pros

Software is very easy to set up, easy to customize, outstanding customer service and very inexpensive.

Cons

Would have loved to purchase a one time payment, lifetime subscription instead of paying monthly. This is very minor though since the software is very inexpensive to use, especially compared to the big names like ACT!, etc.

It lives up to its name

I am a 20+ year user of ACT, which is a fairly powerful contact manager. But I finally got fed up with all of the technical issues, complexity, and traditionally terrible support. The final straw was trying to load it on a new computer. There technical support had me on the phone for eight hours over three days. In the end, I had to call Dell to help me do a factory reset because ACT technical support...

Pros

Simplicity of use with almost all the features that I need.

Cons

Lack of built-in alarms. It relies on sending you a text message instead.

Less Annoying CRM

Less Annoying, Less Stressful

I've tried all the big CRM's, Sales Force (too complicated); Sugar (a nightmare); Maximizer (very annoying); ACT (don't even go there! LACRM is very easy to use, intuitive, flexible and works perfectly for small business. I've recommended it to many people and, although they snicker when I first say the name, they become quick converts once they try it. That said, there are a few suggestions I would make to its functionality but nothing major.

Less Annoying CRM

Fantastic CRM to Get Your Business measuring Something

I have used many crm's from the old days of ACT to today's version of Saleforce and even Sugar CRM. All of them are good in their own unique ways. The huge value of Less Annoying CRM its ease of use and value as an efficient contact management tool while providing good reporting tools. Since it is so easy to use and learn minimal training time is required to learn it so it really easy Less Annoying....

Pros

Simple - Ease of Use - Training - Email integration - Support all well done.

Cons

Not great at setting up my templates for importing- It will not save any templates. If you want the CRM to do any of the steps of the sales process then this is not the software for you. It is more of an advanced contact manager vs a true CRM. For the price, there are many more full CRM options out there featured
