Pros

I have created some awesome systems for tracking referrals and testimonials thanks to their suggestions.
The best feature is that the customer service is as advertised, this company really does help. They also understand our industry which helps in the transition to and use of the product.
LACRM is Affordable and Easy to use. It has been a great addition to our business, helping us keep track of test tools, customers, and new leads.

Pros

We have not yet fully deployed the program, but to date our experience with the flexibility and ease of customization of the program seems to be outstanding.
We did not have to make our business fit their software, they fit Apptivo to our business. The Apptivo team is still available to help, so service is excellent.
We really appreciate his help and professionalism. As well, another team member at Apptivo designed a background to go with our emails to clients that was very impressive and visually appealing.

Cons

We haven't found anything about the app that is a problem for us.
Haven't used it enough to see if there is anything missing.
There are some features in development I am anxious to see roll out, but none of them are business critical.

Cons

The standard sales conversion is not automatically available, you have to customize it. Reporting has errors and gives "not enough data" and no one can seem to figure out why.
Can be difficult to navigate if unfamiliar. Can be difficult to customize if unfamiliar.
It could be more intuitive. At the beginning of using i was quite confused.

Great all in One CRM function

It has taken me time to learn (but all will be the same) but with the support team I managed to create a CRM suit to my business. I have grown with Apptivo and have seen many other tools available I even did not know existed.

Pros

This CRM has all you need to run a company small or large. It automates your day to day tasks and simplify your processes. Price is the best part. You do not have to pay over the moon for other similar and probably even with less functions CRM's in the market.

Cons

Integration between "apps" but there is a way round this if you know how. If you do not know the support is very helpful.

Quick and efficient with almost every issue I had. There really is so much that this software can do that sometimes it gets daunting but, their staff is there to help you. THANK YOU MARIA!

Cons

Almost too many options. It felt like getting lost in the forest looking for a tree. The FAQ is very informative if you need quick reference.

Ease of adding new customers, creating work orders quotes and invoices, very intuitive

Pros

When looking for a CRM System it was important that we were able to connect with our blue chip customers, Site address - Billing address - communication address were critical in choosing the correct CRM After extensive searching Apptivo was the only CRM that provided the 3 address fields we required. Any CRM has its glitches, The customer service from Apptivo is always a click away, professional courteous and efficient

Cons

We do not use the CRM to its fulliest capability.

Enterprise CRM for a very affordable price.

Pros

It's affordable and scales with the increase in users, it's Cloud Based, lot's of features, Instant Support Chat within the CRM is 100% amazing, Plenty of Apps, Custom features as well.

Cons

Can be slow at times, Difficult to get going and understand how the system works. Little bugs are noticeable e.g. typing information in a box can suddenly disappear when saving etc. Tip is is Select All, Copy, then save - if it wipes what you types then just paste back in the box.

Our experience with Apptivo has been pleasant and smooth in operating. The folks while support is in another country has been accommodating and relatively easy to deal with. They are a good group to work with and have patience for even the most "green" CRM users.

Pros

I like that once you become familiar with the various CRM features it is very customizable to the way you business operates and functions in the real world. Also, Apptivo does a nice job of helping with certain customizations during the setup phase.

Cons

Just a lot to learn in the beginning as with any CRM. While it may be intuitive for some for those who are not CRM experts it can be tedious to customize and learn the functionality.

Not good. I will find another CRM solution.

Pros

Dirt simple and cheap to see up and use.

Cons

The eMail lacks basic features, like Smart Folders, Spam filters, etc. You cannot send .ics files as attachments because of "security." The eMail app on iPhone rarely works well. Then the Newsletter app for campaigns also has a lot of problems. It does not always save your changes.

Great CRM solution for small business

I think it's really easy to setup and use for less technical people, great for freelancers, small businesses and mom and pop shops who don't need or want data driven CRM systems. If you have a single person who can juggle multiple aspects of customer service it's cost effective or a small team it's worth it.

Pros

When my client asked me to look into a customer management solution to start to transition away from paper and Excel sheet based documents, I looked into several options including Salesforce. The price was good and comparable to Salesforce but I think many small businesses, your mom and pop shops don't really want or need more in depth data analytics. I think that's where Apptivo is better and easier to use for small business who aren't as data driven.

Cons

What I didn't really like is that for roughly the same annual price per single licence compared to Salesforce was in Apptivo limits the account to a single user. If you have more than one person who handles customer service, marketing, invoicing etc, the cost is a lot more.

I have a CRM that is easy to use

Pros

The ala carte menu is outstanding. The fact that I can talk to customer service and have someone thoroughly explain things to me Hands-On so to speak, is exceptional

Cons

I haven't figured that out but when I do I'll let you know. I were forced to come up with something, which it looks like I am, I wish you were easier to use my Square payment service and have it integrated into my apptivo CRM.

Recording instances on one place

Pros

The CRM integration with Gsuite is very good .And the CRM and Product management app is very good and any startup can rely on it for these features.

Cons

Financial apps - due to lack of Indian system compatible features,Indian Tax system incompatibility , Lack of Indian payment gateway integration. and Cases app . And Android app - which fails many times to record call logs and send messages.( Not trustworthy by Android app). E-commerce WordPress integration is so poor that do not compete with other e-commerce platforms Outside web application Integration is very tough ,so can't be used for larger purpose.

Vendor response

We are trying to get a tax framework in place that can be adopted by partners for various countries. There is also a thought to integrate with tax service vendors. We'll keep you posted on developments in this area.

I use the notes a lot under the contacts, there is often a delay in opening up the dialog box and I have to click several times to open the notes and add content

Great experience so far. For my type of Business ideal

CRM System is very useful to Support a systematice sales process.

Pros

Possibility to tailor it to a specific Business, the functionality, Ease to Use, Layout, various search functions, etc.

Cons

- Opportunities section could be enhanced by beding able to create reports for a specific product. for example: -Performance Report, Pipeline by Stage, Sales Funnel, 12 months Pipeline etc. not only for "All opportunies, but also for specified and pre-defined products
