Good support and training team. Flexible payment available.
Less template flyer available for CRM. Extra cost for other marketing package.

Expensive, don’t refund, adoption fees, basic account support help booked weeks out...
Was good when it was an industry leader but cost too much and doesn’t perform near as well as many other more favorable designed sites that are less frustrating as a CRM
Incredibly rough to use software, always a favorite of many who like to control every option and process but limited design integrations, Buggy apis, Buffy widgets, very frustrating UXI
Brandon, We will pass along your product feedback to our teams so we can keep growing to make sure that we are serving our customers the best that we can. We also have certified partners who can help with implementation and customization. You can find them here: https://marketplace.infusionsoft.com/home

Good CRM
Infusionsoft offers an easy way to keep customers information, along with notes and contact information.
Have not gotten a handle on emailing through the software but we are working on it with support from customer service.

Good CRM for the price
Relatively easy to pick up and use, doesn't take a lot of training, but has more complex features that can be used.
The complex features take a reasonably high level of skill to implement

integration of crm and email marketing tool, custom tags, simple u/i for crm, customer support chat function is convenient
a little glitchy at times, not too fond of my "coach" because she's a bit difficult to get a hold of.. meanwhile, my sales person was amazing, wish the packages lent itself better to small businesses and allowed more users than 3

Easy to use and enough features to make it worthwhile for a small business who needs a little bit more than a typical CRM platform. Excellent follow-up sequence e-mail capabilities.
Not as many extensions and integrations as the larger CRM platforms.

Bottom line is that Infusionsoft works great for building email marketing campaigns with if/then logic, especially for e-commerce websites. As far as a CRM goes, I would highly recommend finding a separate CRM to integrate if you end up using Infusionsoft.
Very easy to learn how to build campaigns.
Very difficult to mold the CRM into something friendly for salespeople.

Moving from Dynamics to Infusionsoft was a great move on behalf of our company. We are a small company and the Dynamics CRM was just to "heavy" for our use. From our initial calls, to the setup to our daily use, we are very pleased with Infusionsoft and it's substantially less expensive than Dynamics.
We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.
I can't really say anything negative about Infusionsoft.
Lynne, We love hearing this! Thanks for sharing your review. All the best, Paige, Social Media Specialist

Keap is a great CRM that has helped me take my follow up with clients and prospects to another level. As a serial CRM user this is by far the most robust CRM I have used that wasn't 2x the price of Keap.
I love how easy it has been to get this system up and running. Email marketing, scheduling appointment and keeping up with my prospects and clients has been seamless. My favorite feature is the phone number that was included with my plan.
The invoicing has been rough, some glitches with entering payment information. The appointments feature could use some more flexibility but is overall good.
Hi Wendell, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! I'm so glad to hear that Keap is an affordable and easy to use solution for your business. I will share your feedback about our appointments and invoicing features with the right teams here so we can create a better experience for our customers.

It's an all in one, appropriate for many kinds of businesses. It will never solve crappy strategy, sales or marketing practices or lame content.
Like anything that is "all in one," any single element is exposed to weakness in function such CRM, email, analytics, reporting, user-friendliness, support, real cost to implement, etc. Put Salesforce CRM to Infusionsoft CRM, by itself, there is no comparison. Suffice it to say however, that Infusionsoft CRM will get the job done for most customers. Unless they need heavy analytics or 500 seats, or killer reporting. You won't get that from Infusionsoft. You do get all in one.

Automation is great. CRM needs some work, telephone support people just couldn't figure it out.
I like how it integrates, yet INFS doesn't do a great job of showing those integrations. Also, some of the marketing workflows are complicated and require a lot of practice before they are just right.
The learning curve and the support for its integrations. Also, the CRM part is pretty lackluster and doesn't hold up to the rest of the automation product. We use something else on top of it for the CRM.

Keap it's a good marketing automation option if you work on a SMB company, you can use a lot of is features and it's great
Contact management can be a bit complicated, never exclude a CRM you'll need it.

Infusionsoft is easy to use, and can accomplish most basic functions we would want from a CRM. It is a good CRM for beginners or small businesses.
As our business has grown, Infusionsoft has not grown with it. The billing structure we use does not seem to be well-understood by their system, and they have limited options for tracking by customer.

I was very happy to consolidate my autoresponders, shopping carts, eproducts, and CRM all in one place! I also really the tagging and tasking features within the CRM.
A bit of a learning curve. Building a campaign is not intuitive to me. Same with customizing products and shopping carts.

InfusionSoft is known for its friendly and logical campaign builder which is like dragging and dropping elements then connecting arrows to make logical sequences with if/then flows. Tagging and filling fields can add some more complexity but someone with a good grasp of InfusionSoft who has received training can do a lot. Once a development team connects all website elements to IS, a marketer can run IS on their own which is great. InfusionSoft also has elements that make it great for ecommerce.
Slightly less expensive than industry leaders for marketing automation.
CRM is lacking. Though it claims to have a CRM and it does its job, there are better CRMs available so you may consider seeking a better solution and connecting it with InfusionSoft using its API or Zapier.

Incredibly wide-ranging and full-featured email/CRM tool.
If you learn to use InfusionSoft well, it is quite possibly the best CRM option there is. You can do anything you can imagine and about 50 things beyond that.
Warning: The learning curve is pretty steep. It's well worth it if you're going to use the tool to its maximum potential, but it's rough if all you want to do is email to a few lists.

You have to pay for customer support. You get only so many hours of help and then every hour after you need to pay. The system was constantly breaking - the Facebook group was filled with irate customers, and we were missing core features that I was very surprised were missing. Overall, we left after 2 months.
Its CRM is very user-friendly and mobile friendly
It was missing core automation segmentation features
Hi Jay. I'm sorry to hear that Keap's feature set didn't fulfill your needs. However, our customer support is free and unlimited for all customers. It's possible that you could be referring to Coaching sessions, which are a paid program.

With Infusionsoft CRM, managing your contacts and prospects is super easy. Infusionsoft CRM can connect with Gmail interface to directly store the contact emails. The contact details can be searched easily within the CRM. The data can be exported to CSV and PDF format with a single click.
I would like to get single sign-on with facebook login to Infusionsoft CRM. It will help me keeping a single login to a number of systems.

Infusionsoft is a great CRM tool available to help managing customers information. Sales data can be managed well with the sales team.
Infusionsoft CRM helps keeping customer data secured on its cloud storage. The CRM has integration with Gmail and customer contacts can be stored right from Gmail. Comes with various statistics.
Most of the features look great. Having the sales emails management would be a great benefit. If this feature can be added.

I worked for a company that partnered with Infusionsoft when they were a brand new company. It was immediately clear that they had both a winning software, and a winning team. Infusionsoft is one of those products that doesn't have stuff just because it can. It's functionality is there because you need it. Feature-rich, logical, and pretty darn nice.
Like Salesforce, Infusionsoft can have a moderately steep learning curve if you're new to CRM software.

CRM and sales automation for a small business was pretty cool.
Seemed to do the things that a CRM system should do. I got the software from another vendor who was doing my marketing automation so they had it set up for my type of business
Be prepared to invest some ramp up time and care and feeding time. You simply have to feed in the data from your business to get the thing to pay off.
Hi Mark, We appreciate the review and the feedback! Cheers, Sarah, Advocacy Manager at Infusionsoft
