I use this at work for our private patient data, easy, visually friendly and clear data

manages work private patient side of the business

Pros

Its so easy to use I didn't have to watch the video tutorials to set up files initially. You can attach files to each record and look at previews of them. The reminders system tasks titles can be easily changed if errors. can create bcc emails for each record.

Cons

easily used with outlook email but difficult to use with office 365 or microsoft email programmes so finding that difficult.
