Pros

I have created some awesome systems for tracking referrals and testimonials thanks to their suggestions.
The best feature is that the customer service is as advertised, this company really does help. They also understand our industry which helps in the transition to and use of the product.
LACRM is Affordable and Easy to use. It has been a great addition to our business, helping us keep track of test tools, customers, and new leads.

Pros

It's a user friendly service with great customer care, wonderful service if u have a small business.
Fields to fill and perfectly links the data from one end like ap and AR to the bank reconciliation. Great reports on transactions for the month or period if interest.
We love that it helps us streamline efforts, is easy to use, and is easy to train others on. QuickBooks Online has definitely been one of the best technology pieces of our administration.

Cons

We haven't found anything about the app that is a problem for us.
Haven't used it enough to see if there is anything missing.
There are some features in development I am anxious to see roll out, but none of them are business critical.

Cons

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from the company that is supposed to have your books.
The problem is that doing your own taxes online becomes risky the more you have to account for.
Other than tracking my expenditures, the whole system is a pain. Error messages constantly received because "there's a message from your bank" bla bla bla.

Accessible easy to update online CRM.

Pros

The cost was the biggest determining factor in choosing LACRM. The learning curve is short. It's extremely easy to use. The customizability is exceptional. Gets the job done. Fast response time.

Cons

Lacks advanced features of costlier CRM's but this keeps it affordable. Bulk data editing would be nice to have.

Gives me an overview of all the tasks jobs and projects in my business in one place and I love the fact that I can access it from any device. Simply the best CRM system I have ever tried (and I have tried quite a few!)

Pros

I have tried many many small business CRM systems but nothing comes close to LACRM. The interface is intuitive and easy, easy to use. I love the fact that I can customise the forms to suit my business needs and I have to say that the support is second to none. Not only are there high-quality video tutorials, but you can also speak to a human being who knows LACRM and can help with any implementation and customisation issues.

Cons

Nothin - It's great! But if I were to be picky, I say that it's a pity it doesn't currently integrate with FreeAgent, my online accounting software,

Very competent and an extraordinarily good helpline, with 40 minute seminars with very inspirational people. You do get the impression that it is an harmonious company and we are doing this from almost 4,000 miles away. There is little choice about going online - and it has huge benefits such as sharing tasks and data - and Less Annoying will hold your hand in that process.

Pros

It has the advantages (and disadvantages) of being online. For older people like myself there is a learning process in moving everything from a locally based network or even single PC and getting used to using it online. Less Annoying understand the difference and help you up this important step.

Cons

There is nothing I like least about it - I still have a little discomfort having used a previous CRM over several years working of a local PC, networked locally, but that is a generic online software issue not in any sense a shortcoming of LA.

The best feature is logging and tracking my prospects through the onboarding cycle and the integration with my gmail account.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate online or on my iphone. I've used other CRM programs in past business endeavors and they were too complicated to use on a mobile device.

Cons

I have found nothing yet to complain about (2 month user)

easily assimilated into my Utility Warehouse business.

Low score above because Deaf partners in Utility Warehouse will struggle with the online training because of auto-subtitles which are confusing. We need your training videos to have bespoke subtitles embedded

Pros

Customer services responses are in depth and quick turn around. You don't get short answers that need several follow up emails. The answers provided include options, choices and illustrated demos/ explanations of what to do etc

Cons

Training videos do not have properly constructed subtitles so it's laborious and time consuming to follow as it necissates stopping and starting to decipher "nonsense" words generated by auto- subtitling

I researched several CRMs recently and chose LACRM because their online training is easy to access and effective AND the support staff are responsive and helpful AND you can't beat the price. I used the free trial for a month which gave me a really good feel for the functionality.

Pros

I am customizing my pipeline to fit my business. It allows me to creat checklist which really helps with customer service after the sale.

Cons

Some double entry was needed between contacts and companies, but Support advised that I create the company profile first and then add contacts to control that. The most annoying thing is the name!

First time using an online To-Do list...love it.

It's been great for me to keep track of leads and existing clients, rather than using hard copy binders or files. And really loving the task management.

Pros

The most helpful part of this for me is scheduling tasks and connecting them to a lead or client. I have always been someone who writes things down so I was resistant to using an online system for tasks. But for work, it was getting to be too much to write down. So now in my physical calendar I write LACRM and go to my workspace for the day. It's also easy to just move a task to a different day if needed. And the daily emails with my task list for the day is just another reminder to look at it.

Cons

At this point, being fairly new to this, I don't have any cons.

We needed a CRM for a small online school and we wanted something we could also adapt in french. The tutoriel (videos) are really easy to understand. Everything is customisable. There was one default setting I was sorry that I couldn't change and they talked about it at their last meeting and they will change it soon. Excellent customer service! Excellent price! Well, what can I say more thant "I'm impress". This tool is already helping us so much in our business by showing in one place all we need with our students!!!! I'm very excited since I use it!

Massive Thumbs Up for LACRM

I have been using LACRM for several months now, and cannot fault it. As CRMs go, it's very simple to use and the barriers to entry are as low as they can be. The support and backup have been outstanding as well. I found LACRM through a recommendation. I watched many of their online videos before deciding to take the plunge. The videos themselves were probably enough, but I was pleasantly surprised...

I have been using Less Annoying now for a few years and I find this CRM tool absolutely great. It enables me to keep track of clients. It reminds me of tasks I need to do. I have a history of communications and actions with my clients that I can check back on. There is support available online, by email and by phone. If you have a challenge it is quickly resolved. There are a variety of other good things this software can do that I do not use but others may find very useful. It is certainly good value for money in my opinion and I look forward to continuing to use this excellent tool for years to come.

Simple to use. Has a variety of tools within the CRM tool to help run and organise your business.

This software addressed several of our companies needs as mentioned above, including but not limited to having one location for all of our companies financials.

Pros

In addition to managing the finances of our business, the software also allows us to track employee costs and all costs associated with each job. It allows for our company to categorize our different revenue streams and track each one for profitability for each category as well as each job. The integration with Excel makes for a smooth transition as well.

Cons

I wish there were a CRM program feature within QuickBooks which would allow for a company of our size (less than 15 employees and over $ million in sales) to only have one platform to manage everything. As is we currently have to invest in a separate CRM platform.

Easy, low-cost accounting system.

Pros

Ease of use; intuitiveness; ability to organize accounts. Cost is reasonable; presentation is pretty clear.

Cons

There is less report flexibility with the online version than I ever encountered with the 'box' versions. I can't customize the way I'd like, thus I have to dump to excel to manipulate the data which is an annoying extra step. I can't have multiple windows open which is also annoying when trying to cross reference data.

Quickbooks has come a long way in its years!

This is what we use for all of our accounting, less payroll. It is easy to have it communicate with our CRM to have all of the information transfer for me. Not sure what I would do without it to be honest.

Pros

I would have to say the ease and portability to use it remotely. I connect through a server to do all of my work and having the program run online rather than installed on my local desk top, allows me to work anywhere at any time.

Cons

I would have to say that sometimes it decides to sync, and not sync when it wants to with my CRM. I use Kickserve and they talk to each other. It seems like Quickbooks will make decisions for you on transferring the information over. Not cool. Still working on this bug.

QBO is a simple, affordable product that is ideal for small businesses.

QBO is a critical part of my business. I use it to file and pay taxes, track expenses, provide monthly reports, and track my book keeping. I use it to communicate with my accountant. It's really become the basis for how my business is organized.

Pros

Does a great job tracking expenses and helping me with regular reporting. I have legal obligations to report for, and this makes that simple and automatic.

Cons

The pricing tiers are annoying. I got in at less than $50, but getting the kinds of features I want I'm not paying more than three times that. I wish the features were included at the lower tiers.

Productivity, accuracy.

Pros

Ease of use. Combines daily needs with standard and customized reporting. Ties in with banking. Able to use with 1099 reporting. Client invoicing as well as expenses/vendor tracking. We now use for payroll as well.

Cons

Wish that there was more integration included into the CRM, we'd love to decrease the number of systems that we use to just two: CRM and then QuickBooks.

The worse software Intuit ever released!

It syncs with my CRM program.

Pros

The software interfaces with an outside CRM cloud based program we use (Jobber). That is the only reason we use it. The QB desktop version is 100 times better and more robust than the on-line version.

Cons

QuickBooks online is terrible for the small business owner! You can see Intuit is moving towards gearing the software for outside accountants who have their clients then use QBOL. They no longer are supporting the small businesses that want to operate without an outside CPA. I could write a book about how much worse QBOL is then the desktop version. I only use it because I have no other option with my CRM program.

Buggy, slow, and poorly designed

Overall the software works, at least most of the time. It's painful to use, but frankly I put up with it because I'm willing to deal with some annoyances in exchange for free bank transfers. Frankly I miss the outstanding UX and speed of the old Freshbooks (despite it looking hideous).

Pros

The only reason I switched over to Quickbooks is because they offer $0 bank transfers through their product. They hold your money for a week to make interest off it which is super annoying, but it's still better than paying 2.9%+.

Cons

The software is poorly designed. For example, whenever I load up invoices the invoices are sorted arbitrarily. If I sort a column by date, it starts with the oldest invoices first, which is never what I need. Why can't it remember my sort order? There's lots of annoying details like this that Quickbooks misses which make using it painfully annoying. Quickbooks is also incredibly slow... definitely the slowest app I use in my business. For example, sorting invoices takes several seconds seconds (I only have ~80 invoices total). Simply loading an invoice takes several seconds as well. It also seems to be getting slower over time. It's also extremely buggy. I've never had a web app give me so many errors before. Sometimes invoices won't save, sometimes they won't load at all.

Great premise with some big issues

If you have used QB desktop version, you'll be a quick study at the online version. But there are some minor but annoying limitations to the reporting and accessibility that I would like to see addressed.

Pros

I love that I don't have to worry about backing up our files--it's instantly uploaded to the cloud. I like that I can work on my accounting from anywhere, and I don't have to buy separate software licenses for each user. I appreciate that it interfaces well with email invoicing and Tsheets timekeeping app.

Cons

The reports are not up to par. Difficult to customize and not identical to the desktop Pro version. Why can't I just print a simple bill payment remittance stub???? Also need to work out the reporting needed for states like Washington's worker's compensation. I also dislike that two users cannot be in the same module at the same time. This is often a hinderance for our workplace.

The card fees are high, taking time to learn it of course, and not integrated with CRM.
