Pros

I like how it builds on the CRM Network to the point where you feel like you have a great Network after only a few days of using the app.
I also appreciate that they allow you to import your contacts relatively seamlessly using an excel spreadsheet, because that saved me a lot of time.
It's a fantastic program. Customer service is also amazing - they answer questions within a day, tops.

Pros

The best thing about Tracker to me is our rep she is super efficient and seriously makes us feel like we are her ONLY customers. She is always there for us instantly and is super smart.
Calm, knowledgeable, patient, with great client focus. Very happy with the sales and integration (so far).
I like the interface and many of the search features of this system. I LOVE how great customer service, David Alonso and our Rep Taylor are in accommodating our training and customization needs.

Cons

Low score above because Deaf partners in Utility Warehouse will struggle with the online training because of auto-subtitles which are confusing.
My boss now is suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder about every little insignificant detail that does not generate sales, but generates constant questioning.
The calendar app in the phone app is tricky, hard to get rid of the drop down times.

Cons

There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow.
To many tabs, and does not work very well when it comes to general search option.
I could not find them in a run-of-the-mill web search. Only after a lot of trials and dead ends did I come across their product.

The planned Clients don’t get appointment reminders It is hard to track payments for services rendered.

Keeping track of sales.

Pros

This software is so simple to use, whether you are on your Desktop, Tablet or Smartphone. It is easily customized to your needs and input can be done anywhere. There are so many features to help you keep on track. It is inexpensive and the support is outstanding

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about it. We tried other vendors and found this one to be the simplest and least expensive.

Pros

Less Annoying CRM is one of the best Customer Relationship Management tools I have ever used. It is affordable and offers a significant free trial period. What really impressed me was the additional phone and email support at no extra cost.

Cons

The only cons I found with Less Annoying is that there is only basic reporting and no true way to track lead handoffs.

I've never used a CRM tool before so it's been a revelation to learn what's possible.

Pros

How it allows me to track all interactions with clients. It keeps track of the Who, What, When, Where, and Why of everything to do with a client. Invaluable!

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like about the software!

Perfect for the SMB!

Moving from excel to properly track my contacts and interaction with them

Pros

This tool has everything you need in a small business from with nothing you don't need. I already have systems in place for quoting and invoicing so I don't need those features in a CRM. This system makes it easy to track contacts and your interactions with them. I love that this system is web based making it completely cross platform and ensuring I can run it on Linux. I highly recommend any SMB give this a try

OMG! LessAnnoying is the answer to my years of CRM struggle!

SO MANY!! I use it for my whole company and the customization features have been key to our systems and processes.

Pros

I LOVE the simplicity but more than anything, the ability to customize it for my business. Oh yeah, and the price? SO AWESOME!!!

Cons

I would love to see some better reporting functions to capture lead tracking, etc. I want to be able to tag clients with different products, which I can, and then run reports to show where my referrals come from, etc.

Love how simple it has been to input contacts!

Pros

This program works great for keeping track of contacts. I love that it is all cloud based.

Cons

I admit that I have not used a lot of the reporting functions and have not yet tried to for sales flow, but from what I have seen the reports seem like they may not match up exactly to what you need to search by.

Functionality. It's very easy to use and feels very fluid. Tracking pipelines becomes less of an arduous task!

Cons

The only thing that would be a great addition would be to have LACRM automatically log emails are sent from a synced email address!

The tool is pretty intuitive. I can efficiently track and store contacts. Pulling reports is pretty seemless too.

I much prefer this model of software to competitors that may be more robust in their reporting and tracking capabilities, but are not anywhere near as user friendly.

Pros

LACRM lives up to its name. Integration and use is intuitive and easy. The price is hard to beat.

Cons

Some of the reporting could be improved. It would be helpful if they could automate tracking things like when the last contact with a client or prospective client occurred as well as frequency. Overall though the easy of use overrides issues like this.

economical , easy to put data in easy to learn how to use it per seat cost anyone can afford everything is easy to print off

Cons

not to many options to customizing you can't track the same way if you had SalesForce you do need training the help videos are not much help you can't share the data unless they have a seat or you print it off

I have been searching for a way to manage my contacts with my clients. Less Annoying is so easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do. And the price is so reasonable! I love it!

Pros

It is so easy to use and allows me to keep track of all of my contacts in one place.

Cons

I would like there to be more robust tasks - like the ability to have recurring tasks and to prioritize, but I know that they are working on improving task function. Tasks are still very useful in the current state.

This CRM knocks it out of the park

Our front line relies on Less Annoying CRM all day long for lead intake, tracking sales and customer service. It's a wonderful program.

Pros

I can not say enough about how much I love this CRM. It is incredibly easy to learn and use, it is searchable in every field, works seamlessly with other programs, could not be more adaptable and customizable, and is very reasonably priced. On top of all of that, in my 30 years in business I have never worked with a company that has a more responsive and helpful customer service team. Fantastic!

Cons

If I had to pick something that could be improved it would be how the pipeline for a lead prints out. We have one "non-techy" person in our company and we have to print all the leads out for him. It would be great to have the option to increase the font size or highlight portions of the notes.

As a start-up business, this is the easiest to use CRM platform we tested.

We got a CRM system that we were able to customize to track our follow-ups, our sales process and our work progress.

Pros

I would have rated the customer support as 10 stars on a 5 star scale. First of all, they answer their phones without making you go through a multiple layer call tree. They helped us get setup, taught me how to customize pipelines so we could better track follow-ups, proposals and work-in-progress. We looked at higher priced CRM platforms, but it always seems like we would have to hire someone to customize the product. With LessAnnoyingCRM, I was able to do all our customization.

Cons

We would have like to add a custom field that was a data format instead of exclusively a text field.

Pros

LACRM is pretty user friendly, and the Q & A section is awesome and great when getting started! But if you have any questions or need advice on tracking/setting up something their support team is AMAZING and VERY helpful! I have created some awesome systems for tracking referrals and testimonials thanks to their suggestions!

Cons

Everything could always be better, but if you notice something this software is not doing and could/should be, they are willing to send a suggestion to the "hirer ups" in their design team.

A simple tool that is so easy to use, that you will actually use it.

It helps me stay organized, on top of contacts and keeps track of outstanding items requiring a follow up of some kind. I was using a spreadsheet in the past and it was a nightmare. Less Annoying CRM has really improved my efficiency as well as enabled me to track my contacts and sales funnel in a way that just wasn't possible before.

Pros

The software is easy to use and to learn so it makes integrating it into your daily workflow very simple. The support when I have had an issue, has been tremendous and that is something that is very important particularly when the system is integrated with other tools e.g. MailChimp, Google, etc. Finally, the price is right. It seems like so many subscriptions these days are basic and then you start adding in for all the things you really want until all of a sudden you are paying a significant amount of cash every month. Less Annoying CRM doesn't do this and I appreciate their simple and straight forward pricing model.

Cons

The mobile application is a bit basic and I am looking forward to seeing some upgrades in this area. I also wish there were a few more integration options available. Having said that - the new calendar features and google integration has addressed most of the shortcomings of the previous version in my opinion.

This is a terrific program for managing a few hundred leads. It is easy to organize and categorize leads and track correspondence with the leads.

Pros

I like the customer management and the ability to set-up tasks at a future date. Like the cloud-based service.

Cons

The calendar is adequate but would be well served to have the ability to color code appointment types etc.

Easy to use and good support. Is it definitely helping me to keep track of my business. The Google calendar interface works fine

Cons

The software does not sync with Outlook, however when you click on a persons email in the system it prompts you to open Outlook.

First time using an online To-Do list...love it.

It's been great for me to keep track of leads and existing clients, rather than using hard copy binders or files. And really loving the task management.

Pros

The most helpful part of this for me is scheduling tasks and connecting them to a lead or client. I have always been someone who writes things down so I was resistant to using an online system for tasks. But for work, it was getting to be too much to write down. So now in my physical calendar I write LACRM and go to my workspace for the day. It's also easy to just move a task to a different day if needed. And the daily emails with my task list for the day is just another reminder to look at it.

Cons

At this point, being fairly new to this, I don't have any cons.
