Small business user. I had tried Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly and ACT! I found the CRM was trying to control my way of working, instead of the reverse. Less Annoying CRM lives up to the name. Contact segmentation is straightforward and leveraged by the integrations. Tech support is super good. Definitely the best I have to work with.
Doesn't get in the way of how you want to work. Doesn't try to reinvent email. Has reliable 3rd party integrations. It is the hub of my workflow
Not a lot. Other users would like a phone app, but Google contacts and email are solid and reliable.

Like the name suggests, Less Annoying CRM is seriously (and actually) much less annoying than its bigger competitors like Zoho and Hubspot. The platform is surprisingly easy to use, very affordable, and the customer service is incredible. They're a small business themselves, so they understand the needs of other small businesses and startups.
Before the recent update, the calendar function was terrible -- you could only have one calendar and you couldn't do all day or even recurring events. They've revamped it completely though: adding subcalendars, color coding, the ability to sync multiple calendars, and much better scheduling capabilities. (Thank goodness!) While it's not as robust as the more expensive CRMs, it's nice to see that they're always making updates and working proactively with their clients to make the experience as seamless and tailored as possible.

We have been using for almost 6 months now and it has helped us tremendously to keep track of all our European acquisition and account pipelines. More sales won and higher share of wallet at existing customers.
The LACRM-software has 3 main USP's: * Installation: simple to set-up including the links to platforms like Mail-chimp. * Value for money: Having used many other CRM-tools im my career (Salesforce, ZOHO etc) LACRM offers the best offer. Focus is on the "must have" not "nice to have" items. * No clutter: due to the focus on the "must have" items of CRM, LACRM-software offers clean and clear dashboards. No distraction by less important "nice to have" items.
* Lack of campaign management , an integration of e.g. Mailchimp campaign results in LACRM would be nice.

Very Easy to use, has many great features to help with many other ways to increase business and keep up with tasks.
I haven't had any bad experience with the CRM. Just call keeps unlinking to Less Annoying CRM and I have to call to get it connected again.

Having several people in our sales force not familiar with using CRMs, Less Annoying CRM is simple, intuitive, and provides all the information and tools needed to successfully service a book of business and keep track of prospecting/leads.

After testing a few other options, Less Annoying CRM was clearly the winner. It's simple to set up, create groups, design pipelines, and track contacts and tasks. I use it daily and have recommended it to several people--at least 2 of whom are already using it as well.
My favorite features of the software are the email bcc and the customized pipelines that can be created. I couldn't keep track of prospect leads and client stages without it.
There's nothing that I don't like about Less Annoying CRM.

Most user friendly CRM on the market, our team spent a few weeks researching CRM tools and discovered LACRM. We knew from our first phone call with them that this was the perfect CRM for us.
None to mention; the only thing that would "boost" their already stellar platform, would be a compatible ios or android app. But there has been zero issues for us using the mobile friendly version via web browser.

Less Annoying CRM has made my account management more organized and streamlined. Reports are easy to submit, and overall has given me a better work system/method than before.
Less Annoying CRM was easy to use from the start. I'm not tech-savvy, so I relied on Customer Service to help me with downloading my contacts... I got everything loaded on the same day so I was able to use it on Day 1 of purchase. Since then, it has been easy and pleasant to use. I feel much more organized.
I have not yet experienced any "Cons" in using this CRM.

Accessible easy to update online CRM.
The cost was the biggest determining factor in choosing LACRM. The learning curve is short. It's extremely easy to use. The customizability is exceptional. Gets the job done. Fast response time.
Lacks advanced features of costlier CRM's but this keeps it affordable. Bulk data editing would be nice to have.

I really researched which CRM to use; I really needed one. My needs were very simple so I wanted a CRM that was easy to use and not complicated. So happy that I found Less Annoying CRM.
Simple to input and update. Easy to find clients. Best of all is the task list emailed daily - that's my call list! THE BEST support, too. Always reachable, helpful, cheerful and responsive.
Nothing much, but it would be nice to have some other categories that are more pertinent to my particular needs. But I've been able to use what's existing to make it do what I want.

this CRM was exactly what I was looking for in a CRM, very simple, organized well, not a lot of fluff, very affordable, just what our company needed. I think Less Annoying CRM is what every small business needs.
Very easy and simple to use, and also very affordable. A lot less cluttered than the old CRM I used.
Their auto population needs just a bit more work but usually does well.

Easy to use, like that it interacts with my e-mail account

Peace of mind. A good CRM. Happiness.
I like the fact that it emails you to prompt you to do your work. (In another CRM I used, you had to remember to log in. I don't work set days of each week, so this is HUGE.) The tasks you don't do stay in front of you in a "look at me" -- but not-annoying -- way. I love being able to customize it easily. I love being able to customize the pipelines, too. It's very very easy to use and I can see myself using it for a long time.
It would be nice to have better email capabilities rather than depending on an outside mailing source (like MailChimp; I use MailerLite) for regular customer-base emails. Other than that, I love it.

Less Annoying CRM is a good option for small businesses looking for a basic CRM tool that is easy to use and affordable.
The simplicity and ease of use of Less Annoying CRM is what I love somuch and it is a great tool for small businesses that don't need the advanced features of more complex CRM systems.
The limited feature set may not be suitable for businesses with more complex needs.

I have used many crm's from the old days of ACT to today's version of Saleforce and even Sugar CRM. All of them are good in their own unique ways. The huge value of Less Annoying CRM its ease of use and value as an efficient contact management tool while providing good reporting tools. Since it is so easy to use and learn minimal training time is required to learn it so it really easy Less Annoying....
Simple - Ease of Use - Training - Email integration - Support all well done.
Not great at setting up my templates for importing- It will not save any templates. If you want the CRM to do any of the steps of the sales process then this is not the software for you. It is more of an advanced contact manager vs a true CRM. For the price, there are many more full CRM options out there featured

This software helped get us going in a CRM but we migrated to a more widely popular CRM to take our business to the next level.
The product is decently easy to use. It allowed our sales team to gain some initial familiarity with CRM's and what benefits they can bring. We derived benefit from it for sure. It is a great entry level product.
The functionality of this software is pretty generic compared to other higher dollar CRM's. However, for the spend, it provides a fair amount.

Great CRM system, easy to use, affordable, excellent customer service.
The system is easy to use - I taught myself with the help of the induction guide - but the customer service team are extremely helpful for questions on specific requirements or improvements to make the most of the sites benefits. It is also very affordable and gives even small businesses the opportunity to be able to have access to such a brilliant tool to manage customer relationships. I particularly like the Email task alerts and the fact that all tasks for the day or coming days are clearly shown o the "Activity" page.

I only used Zoho for a free trial, and it was not a great experience. The rep couldn't effectively demonstrate functionality or answer questions properly.
Not much I liked about this CRM. There are definitely better CRM's that cost less and more functional
Clunky, poor user interface, minimal integrations... Their support is off shore and it doesn't allow for great communication / support. Expensive for what you get
