Good at the Basics. Not so good at anything really advanced.

If you need a more robust system or have some coding or basic database skills step up to something like FileMaker Pro.

Pros

Integrates well with Google Calendars and Contacts.

Cons

If you want to send an email every time a customer is 30 days out from an event, and you want that automated, find another CRM. This one won't do it at all, or without some real customization, which isn't a strength of this system.

Fantastic CRM to Get Your Business measuring Something

Since it integrates so well with gmail and google calendar there is no need to have multiple calendars going.

Pros

Simple - Ease of Use - Training - Email integration - Support all well done.

Cons

Not great at setting up my templates for importing- It will not save any templates.

Awesome CRM for the money!

I am very impressed with the Less Annoying CRM. Not only are they one of the cheapest out there, but their tutorial videos and support was second to none.

Pros

Easy to use, great tutorials, easy to customized

Cons

Doesn't integrate into Social media platforms like some of the newer systems out there.

I absolutely love Less Annoying CRM easy to use, simple, but very powerful and so inexpensive!

Pros

The interface is easy to use, clear with great features, like totally customizable pipelines, robust calendar, groups, search, import and export, adding users and assigning permissions are both easy.

Cons

Only two things: 1) Calendar doesn't sync with iCal. 2) I wish the 'Find a Contact' field was accessible through command F from my keyboard.

Pros

The simplicity. I used salesforce previously but it was over complicated and didn't work well in my small business. Also, the cost is perfect for a start up and emerging enterprise.

Cons

I like most of it but it doesn't integrate with my calendar or social media. A calendar integration would be good but it's not the end of the world

A simple tool that is so easy to use, that you will actually use it.

Less Annoying CRM has really improved my efficiency as well as enabled me to track my contacts and sales funnel in a way that just wasn't possible before.

Pros

Less Annoying CRM doesn't do this and I appreciate their simple and straight forward pricing model.

Cons

Having said that - the new calendar features and google integration has addressed most of the shortcomings of the previous version in my opinion.

I use it for my main calendar by having my apple calendar linked to my Google calendar, and Google calendar sync to my Less Annoying Calendar.

Pros

The quick & easy access and updating of the system. The reminders are perfect for my application.

We really like how flexible and customizable the CRM is and how it can help us streamline our relationship and keep all the information we need in one accessable location.

I've used 2 CRMs before and this is by far the best.

I'd like to see reporting from my drip campaign w/o going into Mail Chimp (I have a campaign when someone send in a card, after I make the first call, if no response, I drip mail them).

Pros

Super easy to customize and create drop downs.

Cons

Would be nice if it would do auto birthday reminders, for customer/prospect and for their spouses.

Excellent functionality, simplicity, and support!

An excellent system and highly recommend! I needed very little support but when needed, their staff was right there for me!

Pros

As a small business, this is all I need for keeping track of contacts, schedule, and sales pipeline and allows me to market my company through the CRM and MailChimp, integrating back and forth.

Cons

I wish it had a more robust tools for project management. That really is all because it has everything else you need.

With the other CRMs I really disliked having so many specific fields of data to enter to be able to even enter a prospect into my pipeline.

Pros

I love that it doesn't have many required fields for entering a new contact, so you can take notes on what you do know about an account without being forced to fill in fields you don't have information for yet.

Cons

This is by far the best CRM I've used, and the pros well outweigh the cons.

My business may be on a budget, but it is not low quality, and it's the same with Less Annoying CRM. It's great value for the reasonable cost and I'm grateful for that.

Pros

Also, I am a very small fish as far as customers go, paying the lowest amount, but when I called and left a message this morning, LACRM's not only called back and left a message, but sent an email, too, saying she was sorry she missed my call and that if I preferred email, she'd answer that way as well.

Cons

I wish I could save my email templates here, but it integrates well with Gmail and that works well for us, so it's not a big problem.;

Easy to understand and use Has all of the features I need and not a lot of extras that I don’t need Amazing tech support Love the interface

There are a few small actions that they don’t perform, like having a different customized fields for companies than for contacts, but they are minor.
