Good at the Basics. Not so good at anything really advanced.

If you just need basic customer contact management with limited calendar integration, and you don't need automated integration with emails and calendars, this is a very good value.

Pros

Integrates well with Google Calendars and Contacts.

Cons

If you want to send an email every time a customer is 30 days out from an event, and you want that automated, find another CRM. This one won't do it at all, or without some real customization, which isn't a strength of this system.

Since it integrates so well with gmail and google calendar there is no need to have multiple calendars going.

Pros

Simple - Ease of Use - Training - Email integration - Support all well done.

Cons

If you want the CRM to do any of the steps of the sales process then this is not the software for you.

I am very impressed with the Less Annoying CRM. Not only are they one of the cheapest out there, but their tutorial videos and support was second to none.

I know I have not even begun to make the best use of many of the features available - including calendar and reporting; however, even so, it has made my networking and client management life so much easier!

Pros

I appreciate that it's easy to import contacts from other places as well as easy to add my own individually.

Cons

At first, I thought I would miss the fact that they do not have an app for their mobile version of the site.

I find the activity feed assigned to contacts to be rather helpful in displaying history and scheduled events.

Cons

Notifications seem to occur by email and sms, but it’d be better suited to have solid notifications within the CRM itself – otherwise my email can get cluttered or I might miss them altogether.

The interface is easy to use, clear with great features, like totally customizable pipelines, robust calendar, groups, search, import and export, adding users and assigning permissions are both easy.

Cons

Only two things: 1) Calendar doesn't sync with iCal. 2) I wish the 'Find a Contact' field was accessible through command F from my keyboard.

Great way to manage your sales pipeline. I use it as a salesman and as a sales manager and it does exactly as advertised.

I chose Less annoying CRM for all my outside salespeople because it gives me all the info I need to manage them, gives them all the tools they need and does it in a very low profile, easy to use package.
