This POS is great for our restaurants. It provides good reporting for revenue centers and also a good labor tracking report.

We upgraded to command center from secure access to manager our 7 locations, great software. Having terminal access to the locations is great for testing and training.

Cons

Service and reliability have been awful, with frequent crashes, the need to pay for every single issue from day one, and an inflexible setup that is killing our restaurant.

The staff that supplied it, rude , unhelpful, always out to rip you off. No service support unless you pay ridiculous fees.

Never stays online, system goes down all the time terrible. No one wants to properly fix it they want to pass it on via email and leave you with no system.
