This product provides everything we need for our membership management, dues collection, event management, and social media presence.
In one solution, MemberClicks provides everything our non-profit organization needs to run our operations. This includes membership management with secure self-service, event planning, event registration, onsite tools for attendee engagement, revenue collection, and social media and discussion groups.
The only con is that I am new to it and me review is based on short experience. The users in our organization are spread over two states, so training is going to be a challenge.

I like how the data is stored and the ease in which you can input data and access it. We maintain thousands of profiles and their information using Atlas / Memberclicks. You can access reports and information that will help you on the day-to-day operations.
I wish it had more options in regards to reports. Some organizations need specific reports and to access those they have to basically tailor it for you for a price. Yet some information should be available as default when accessing reports.

I am the Director of Communications for the National Print Owners Association, a national organization of more than 400 printing company owners. When we started the association 3 years ago we tried maintaining the membership with an Excel spreadsheet. Once we grew to more than 25 members it was apparent we needed a better solution. MemberClicks was that solution. Their software and services have streamlined our online operations. That allows us to concentrate more on our members.

We were seeking a platform that could integrate a lot of our functions that were not in one place--ie, we were using one software to track members, another to track events, and yet another to invoice and receive payments from our members. This software has allowed us to streamline our operations by bringing most of our daily functions into one software platform, and has allowed our team to do what they do best-- service our members!
It is perhaps the most comprehensive software out there in terms of managing a membership database. It not only allows us to store and track basic member data, but also allows us to run registration for events, process payments, create and track different member groups and committees, segment our members according to membership level, track communications with our members, and allows us to communicate...
As with any software it has its quirks and glitches. Things will stop working for seemingly no reason, but will be resolved in the next update. Reporting can feel a bit clunky at times, especially to those not comfortable with SQL.

I have used MemberClicks in managing two small non-profit professional membership associations since 2008. I'm still using it so I must be satisfied. As Executive Director, I wear all the hats including website "Admin" and must do everything. So I have little time to invest in learning all the "ins and outs" details of website management.
