Software was hard to follow a "lead" through the sales process. The flow of the different stages was confusing.

Lots of functionality, but complicated at times

Pros

We use it for tracking the sales process from lead to close/loss and it helps tremendously with our understanding of what is working and what is not working with its analytics.

Cons

Because there are so many bells and whistles and can provide so many solutions, it can be very complicated to operate at times and support is expensive.

Pros

Ability to track customer insights, opportunities, leads and account is the best feature of this tool.

Cons

Doesn't allow for bulk update. Export to Excel option is not that reliable when it comes to exporting bulk data.

Great reporting tools, clean/crisp dashboards, insights into social media prescence, keep all customer data in one place.

Cons

The marketing team for the firm I interned with had issues with finding contacts in the Dynamics CRM. We would send out bulk emails to potential clients about webinars and such and then get a report back about emails that bounced back. When we tried to look for the contacts, it was impossible to find the individuals that were on the bulk email list. Also, the scoring options for lead generations was also confusing for our team to implement.

I love their free starter plan. It gives entrepreneurs a chance to jump in and learn what a CRM is and how to use one to grow their business. A CRM is a long-term investment and it takes time to see the monetary results of its use. Having a starter account allows businesses to make the time investment without it being overly expensive.

Cons

I felt that other CRMs live Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM do a better job demonstrating recommended flows from the menus.
